There hasnt been any posts on the law pages website recently - has a verdict been reached?

According to maidstone crown court Twitter page all three are there today still

Montevino Partners have ceased trading. I assume Michael and Paul were both also found guilty as they were the shadow directors running the company.

Update on Michael

Update 12/16: I found that on the 9th December 2016, Michael was unanimously found guilty of fraud at Maidstone Crown Court. He is due to be sentenced in Jan 2017. From what I’ve read about Fraud convictions, given the scope of his crime, he stands to be given a 4 to 7 year custodial sentence.
Michael Moore isn’t a company director for Montevino Partners, but he’s definitely one of the key people. I’ve had only one, short email from the sole director, Tom White, but lots of contact from Michael. I suspect that Michael Moore pulls the strings while Tom White is the public front. It’s a smart move, because if you look at company officers at Companies House, you only see Tom White, and there doesn’t appear to be anything negative about him online, unlike Michael.
Lauren Cherry
I’ve never had any contact with Lauren Cherry, and have no idea whether she has any relationship with the company any more. However, it seems that she was office manager for them in 2014, as evidenced by her comment on a WhoCallsMe thread and her own LinkedIn profile.
You see, Lauren Cherry also has an interesting background, not in fraud like her buddy Michael, but in outright theft.

Not only did they think the jail term was too lenient but they were also disappointed the judge did not hear of the company’s fate despite giving statements to police.Cherry’s thieving between June 2012 and January 2013 only came to light after she left a bank statement on her desk and a staff member noticed two company payments into her account. An investigation was launched and Cherry was confronted the next day.
“She just denied everything,” said the director, “and we never knew how much she had taken until the police investigated. “It meant we had to go into liquidation. We fought to keep it open but couldn’t. Four definitely lost their jobs because of her.”
The director said: “I thought I was a good judge of character and I thought I could trust her but as far as I’m concerned she is just a professional thief.”

Where are you getting this from, they have not appeared back in court , since the 7th December.
Sentencing has not happened yet.
