Got a text today from 07786 409 577 saying:

Call me 0208 114 5568 Sami Xxx

Received a text at 1:35 am this moringing from 07500585779 saying "Call me 02081145568 Karen XXx"

and then the same message again at 2:51 am from 07500585730.

from searching on google i found this address

Same thing, but mine was from 'Karen', the first time she only sent two kisses, the second time it was three. I wish I'd stayed on Pay As You Go, I didnt get half as many spam phone calls and texts as I do now.

Got a text from 07500585755 from a Louise prompting me to call this number.

Grrrr.

I too got a txt this morning asking me to call  02081145568 Karen XXx  I do actually have a friend call Karen so sent a txt back saying "huh".  Obviously I got no reply,but I didn't ring as I felt it might be a scam & lo and behold as soon as I googled the number up pops this site,phew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its so annoying that companies send out these txt, is there any way we can stop them?????

This is so annoying - I am glad I looking it up - if my hubby got something like that I would have been less than pleased!  Hope it does not cost to receive!

I have just contacted T Mobile & they have told me that all they can do (if you're with them) is block calls to premium line numbers, they can't bar the texts!!!!!  Not much help but least it saves a huge bill.  Hope this helps some,  but the ones who aren't with t mobile I'd contact your supplier and have words lol.

My teenage daughter just got this text message "Call me 020811 45568, Nikki xXx"

Luckily she asked me if we knew a Nikki... and when I saw the message I thought it looked suss.

So glad I googled it.  Its disgusting that they send this stuff to kids phones... my 11 yr old son has had similar texts... only more explicit.!

Got the "Call me on 0208114545568 Karen XXx" yesterday evening, ignored it but was REALLY annoyed to be worken at 04.25 this morning by a repeat of the same message.
(might have been interested if I was a male name tho   lol)

was lucky i did not call back as i can see it was a scam only know 1 person called Sami and he was with me???

Got a text on Saturday 29th August saying "call me on 02081145568, Karen XXx".

My wife actually picked up the text first and jokingly asked me who Karen was!!  Luckily my wife knows and trusts me but I could imagine some women getting upset if they saw this on their blokes mobile.

Anyway, I sent a text back saying "Karen who?" and I have received no further communication.

Back in the office today, I decided to use the work phone to call the number and subsequently found out its an adult chat line of some kind...I didn't stay on the phone long enough to find out the finer details.

The mobile number the message came from goes straight to a Vodafone answer machine service.  I sent another text back to it, telling them to 'do one' or else I'd complain to Offcom and Phonepayplus, which I might do anway.  It's a bloody liberty getting these texts and could well be causing some serious relationship tension for some people.

It was only when I decided to google the number that I found this site and the nine pages of people who've suffered the same problem.

Whatever you do, don't call the number.

got a text saying "call me 02081145568 nikki XxX " HAS ANYONE ELSE RECIVED THIS

Called by this (0208 1145568) number on the tube train last Saturday morning. When I went to select the message to delete it (which is how you do it on the iPhone) it has dialled the number. The "company" behind it, who won't give their name want to charge me for a 1 hour session with their "Adult Story Time". The carrier, O2, is completely unhelpful, I called the number so it's my problem. The CS rep actually told me that these texts don't just arrive, I must have subscribed to the service. So there you have it, O2 thinks we're all perverts.

this numbered texted me and asked me to call nikki, which i did, thought it was a mate, found out it was a sex line ripoff, which drains your credit.

got it just now, cheeky sods, ill blow there office up.

Just said "call me 02081145568 Karen XXx". Arrived at 06:57 on my wifes phone this morning. Not pleased.

Now my girlfriend is called nikki, but fortunately she was in bed with me at the time !

I am on Orange and the txt came from 07500585707.

Just got a text saying "Call me  02081145568 Louise Xxx". I know a number of Louise but none with this number. Lucky I found this site before calling back.
