I've had the same message "Call me 02081145569 Karen" last Saturday 29th at 7am and this Saturday at the same time.

I just thought it was someone giving out a false number to "Karen" in a nightclub or something and I expect that they think you are going to text or phone back saying "There is no Karen on this number" and then get charged a huge amount.

I didn't bother texting/calling back but hopefully the networks might do something about this kind of thing as it is very annoying.

have had 2 text in the same day sayiny 'call me 02082245568 Karen XXx' sent from 07500585755'

got very siilar txt from this number 07500585717 saying to call 02081145568 also. did not call after seeing this page

Got a txt message saying "call me Nikki XxX" on 02081145568 from a mobile number: 07500585756.
Dont know this person. SCAM

Got this message this morning at 5:57 'call me 02081145568 Karen XXx', could not sleep after that!!! This is the second time I have had it, that must be one thick person sending the text!!

Had my old dads phone for the day as my battery died and I know for a fact that my dad only has a pay as you go which I ordered and set up only weeks ago he can only call people from and cannot send any texts, cause he got a clue how to. Yet he got a message saying:

'call me 02081145568 Louise xXx'

I text back saying 'Wrong Number' no reply since, decided to google and found this forum. Glad I did not call number shown.

There must be some law against this as my father mobile number has been given out to some dodgy company. Totally wrong and these people need kicked out the country or shot!!!

Received message from Vikki - don't know anyone by that name. deleted immediately but very annoying no the less.

I received one saying, "call me 02081145568 Vicki xxx", at 1.50am".

i got a text at 2:30 today saying call me 02081145568 Nikki XxX

now using the name Lisa. Wanted a call if I was feeling "Naughty"....and at my age?

Yep gotta text from the mobile no saying call Karen xx on the 0208 number, didnt bother but if my missus saw this no doubt she would be brewing !!

same as above - message from 07500585714 to call the landline, from 'karen'. have received this three times in the last couple of months, all totally unsolicited.

I received a text from mobile number +447500585717. As they used the name of someone I was expecting a call from I text back. Still waiting for the response.....
