Do you know mr Winkler ? been told he involed as well he there lawyer .I was thinking off going to visit him to get info and if he was slow passing info than would take him to police so they can get info . why would a lawyer take such a risk. Money make people so greedy .

I spoken to the police today they say they had 10 people come  forward regarding these evil people .I urge anyone who not come forward to PLEASE CONTACT the police as I think they’re taking us more  serious. Please go to companies house and stop this companies from disappearing and we have less chance I must admit violence is not the answer .These people are still at large hurting average families taking their hard earn money.

Glenn King used to work for Morgan Forbes. He ripped off a load of their clients, ran off, and then joined Oakmount and Partners.

They're doing Carbon Credits. God knows what he'll do in a few months time when carbon credits have to be regulated...

Im not Hugh maybe you are cos i see post on here from people asking you to contact them and i gater you still not made contact . I think you know to much info but not willing to share why ? i have my doubts about you .

Glenn worked with Hugh at Morgan Forbes. It was their actions that attracted the FSA's attention to Morgan Forbes. As far as I'm aware Hugh is still working for Morgan Forbes ( now Acropolis SGPS ).

Is Hugh wanted by the Police and/or the FSA. If so which individuals do we need to contact, as so far the details provided have been quite hazy, probably deliberately.

Surely it's easier to just post the details of the relevant investigatory bodies on here. People don't need the details of individual investigating officers, so Data Protection isn't a problem.

Constantly conferring on here is just confusing matters further. So could someone please just post the details of any relevant departments that are investigating Hugh. Then if anyone has any info on Hugh just contact the investigating bodies directly.

The last thing we want is Hugh to be given a heads up.

Been told that Hugh is back in the Uk in London  came back early  December he running another company scanning more people . Why the police not doing anything!!!!. If it true he back in the UK it will be easier for me to catch up with him.

He is back in London. He is based at canary wharf area working under a different name again called Gordon Gekko. I've also been told that he is running a floor in the area. Not sure of the company name, but i saw him there with some big guy and a small short guy in suits last week.

Have you contacted the police ? Ive  been told what the company called  he working for but  I need to make sure its correct , dont want to bad name a company if my information is wrong I heard he runs the company .He is using about 6 different names at present , cant work out if Hugh fool or fearless what ever it is we must stop him and his side kicks.

Tell you what Andy, I'll email you my Bank details, you pay me £20K and I'll hire a Private Detective to get on the case and find Hugh in no time at all...how's that? Genuine people on here have lost a lot of money because of Herschell's deceit and lies, if you're genuine then why don't you hire a Private Detective to find him, be a lot cheaper than paying anyone £20K, then he's found and the police can throw away the key!
