No idea -he is working for the owner of Morgan Forbes in Madeira -closed down in UK cause of FSA investigation, but can do in Madeira which is a tax haven. He is hiding out with his boss/mate. the name Acropolis SGPS comes up,this is where he works, this company is under another huge offshore company in Madeira.

I know of someone on Madeira that was in the same restaurant as he just yesterday -in Funchal Madeira! I am speaking of Hugh Herschell/Mark Stephens/Russell Maxwell. He is on the island as we speak. He is being watched closely......

He works for Oakmount & Partners who are based Canary Wharf dealing in Carbon Credits, Deforestation, Biofuel, Ethical Investments etc. He ripped off many people whilst working at Morgan Forbes & owes ££££££, he has been reported to the police and other organisations who are monitering him closely, according to a reliable source he is already well known to them! Whether or not he is still in contact with Hugh I am unable to confirm however they are both as bad as each other & anyone thinking about investing DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stating Morgan Forbes from Feb '09 to present....who is he trying con now, what a complete joker!

Contrary to Hugh Herschell's LinkedIn profile and just so that people are aware, this is in fact where he worked from Sep 2010. If you read this Herschell maybe you should update your Linkedin profile and maybe your worthless CV at the same time! Just copy and paste:

June 2011 to present - Disappeared as too many people after him, reportedly fled to Madeira.

April 2011 - June 2011 - KXG CAPITAL PARTNERS. He was sacked...they found out he was conning clients with outrageous claims of huge returns!

Sep 2010 - Feb/March 2011 - LAVELLE AND PARTNERS. Company went bust....Herschell no longer conning enough people to bring in any money. Allegedly drunk all the time from commission earned.

Amazing how everytime I post something on here that is closest to the truth, it disappears. This conversation had 8 pages, and now only 7 -a few of my posts are missing. What gives? No point in asking me to e-mail anyone, not disclosing my ID, I am too close to some of the people directly involved. I want this company to be investigated, even on Madeira. These guys are lying thieves and have spent all the investor's money!

Aww...this is so sweet, and heartbreaking. Why didn't you mention what caused the heart attack? His excessive habits and abuse, and this because of the amount of money he has earned from cheating innocent people of their hard-earned money. This guy, like his friend/boss and all those involved have to be caught and arrested.Happy to see Mr. Tony Hetheringtom  has finally spilled the information, hope this leads to further investigation, and that people will realize how fake this company is!
