Just to say that whilst it has gone a bit quiet now this forum has been a vital source of information

How right you are, Pearl Island sounded a good project but as they say it was to good to be true.

Does anyone know why Nascimento is not being arrested?  Is it because there isn't sufficient evidence against him ? Or is he in the hiding?

Pearl Island,i assume and all the other scams,investors can only blame themselves I never saw such a flimsy pathetic share offer,he has gone to Bermuda with all that lolly.

It has become clear that Michael Nascimento never sold the Pearl Island land to Lynn Howard and he changed the name from Acropolis to Amber Crest as a cover to distract attention from himself.

Shortly after Berkeley Brookes LLC and First Capital Wealth were formed to sell the Pearl Island land again before being closed down by the FCA after 27 more people were scammed just like the original investors.

The FCA have started a criminal investigation into this matter and I understand that Michael Nascimento has been questioned by the FCA and had his office computers taken.The FCA are in the process of interviewing and get statements from investors and people that have information regarding these companies..

If any Morgan Forbes Hotel and Pearl Island investors or anyone else has any information about Amber Crest,Berkeley Brookes LLC,whose name changed to Atlantic Equity LLC,First Capital Wealth or Manor Trade Limited please contact Michael Brown of the FCA on 020 7066 9514.

If you ring the main FCA switch board they will confirm the name and phone number are genuine.

It was clear 18 months ago that Michael Nascimento had not sold the land to Lynn Howard, that Amber Crest was just a name change, and he was starting his scam afresh with Berkeley Brookes LLC

So if we haven't previously registered (or been timed out of registration process) on the Police Fraud pages, should we get in touch with this FCA guy?

Yes, certainly do, one phone call to check he is genuine if you are worried, but trust me he is real and it is a very real investigation.

it appears that mr nascimento and mr " hugh edwards " who also goes by hugh herschell, hugh mccully and hugh henderson are back at it again with a new scam company called hermay ltd offering a bogus property scheme/ fund/ bond/ investment  showing an idiotic 22% per annum, it amazes me that hugh is cheeky enough to keep setting up these companies with nascimento and using his same dirty name, obviously he has no respect for the intelligence and common sense of the uk average investor, fresh off the post first capital wealth and berkely brooks shutdown by the fca theyve decided to use another avenue to scam investors out of their money, welcome.. the property fund/ bond/ scheme/ investment of hermay ltd, I was unfortunate to recieve an unsolicited call from them and it seems that their usual constant phonecall bombarding, hard selling, slick and fancy talking salesman approach is unchanged, i asked abit deep into certain aspects of their investment like security, this was done on the phone and over email and my queries were not answered and merely slickyl avoided with some background info of some [***], i was passed on to a gentleman called reid marsh who happens to be this [***] who [***] gold and pisses fireworks, he sounded and spoke just like hugh edwards, coincidence, the usual half well spoken english with a slight dab of old english accent obviously put on to sound more credible, he then went on to tell me a pack of lies and absolute [***] while simultaniously making an attempt to educate me on the market based on his obvious lack of knowledge and research, my advice is to avoid hermay ltd, fcw, morgan forbes, pearl island and do yourself a favour and go to a casino, youre more likely to make money gambling than with hermay ltd. casino = fighting chance, hermay ltd = putting hard earned savings in a bin, setting it on fire, waiting for it to burn and then piss on it.

avoid the corny lines and stories that he has worked at previous banks and been a successful ex banker etc the guy is no more than an unsuccessful scam artist, a wannabe banker with bad hygiene, a drink and drug habit, seeing him in person alone will make you think twice at leaving ten pounds with someone who tries to look well dressed but fails miserably with sweat patches the size of the pacific, every good conman has a ridiculous story behind them.

he has an unconvincing story and an unconvincing image and is a comple failure of a businessman and a man in general.

once more, if you want to keep your savings, STAY WAY FROM HERMAY LTD, HUGH EDWARDS AND MICHAEL NASCIMENTO

Report them before they start to scam others out of their hard earned money!

How they got away with Pearl Island,Morgan Forbes scam I will never know,these people set up one con after another,there was no intention to build a hotel in Madiera,i had it sussed from the start.
