Everyone on here got scammed while i made a 2000 profit from the company without scamming a soul, use your brain. Alot of good, relevant and old information to on here, you wont find these guys its their trade and they just so happen to be good at a bad thing. Many movies have been made about 'boiler rooms'. Most of hughs names are made up and taken from famous brokers or business men. You are partly to blame for the greed that allowed you to get here, see you now appreciate what you had and you also disobeyed a command if God not to gamble so of course you end up playing with the devil. They have also stolen relatives and families money of ex employees. To be honest you guys are stupid and gullible to think in this economic climate you would get good returns. If you had been satisfied with what you had and greed not consumed u like it does Alex you would have been in a better position than u were in at the time of the scam, naturally. Hugh is an alcoholic as some of you mentioned with terrible hygine. Just forget this and get on with your existence. But I can tell you that you guys to scare Hugh, especially the 'irish bloke' he scammed! I do hope you find them all but i dont want you to waste your lives doing it, just warn others thats more important.

forget about your loss,companies are wound up the directors start a new company the next day they spend the investors money on a little luxury,you would have to give proof of fraud in order to sue a director of a company this may be possible in morgan forbes case as the directors gave a contractual obligation to return funds plus 10%,remember you cannot get blood out of a stone the director's must be solvent with plenty of cash in the bank.

Do you people not learn? You've just advertised both of your phone numbers and admitted to losing £100k on a telephone investment. You'll be placed on speed-dial for every boiler room in operation now. Some people really do have more money then sense.

it would depend on what invesment you made and to whom,the morgan forbes/acropolis projects appear to be a con,mf once based in canary wharf london now some outfit with a pearl island project is based in madeira,report the matter to the fsa.

nascimento states he is not available to comment on ponto prago fractional hotel etc,i'll bet he is not as they are not allowed to sell shares in these projects.

I'm a client in the hotel and Pearl island and I can confirm I spoke to Michael Nascimento yesterday, and I asked him a number of questions and he answered them. I also asked why is this forum speaking so badly about him. He says his convinced its ex staff as he has no more shares to sell. I spoke to the FSA and Morgan Forbes are not being forced to closed down. If any investor wants to speak to Michael just call the office and ask for him. He was happy to discuss. I hadn't been updated with the newsletters, but that's because I hadn't updated my email address. Just email the company email info@acropolissgps.com or info@morganforbes.com
My feeling is that all these posts are people trying to damage the company so they don't sell any more. If it was clients, then instead of trying to damage the company and lose your whole investment, why don't you look at the facts. FSA are letting morgan forbes and acropolis complete their projects and looking at the FSA website states nothing about being forced to close down.
I don't need to prove or answer to these posts again. Just do your research like I did. Call the FSA. Madeira Goverment. Call the office or better still in writing email them. They update clients every 3 months.
I believe in the company that has had problems but researching in to it, I can see what has happened and what is going on.

why should an investor loose anything in the pearl island hotel,clearly stated in writing in the contract funds would be returned plus 10%,has building commenced by march 2012 if not have the investors funds been returned,as yet planning consent has not been granted by the local government despite this pearl island have been taking investors money for three years.

do not invest in this type of construction,until consent by the local government has been granted only a fool would do so,beeter still never invest in off plan,if they do not get started or ever finish you would have done your money.

The Ponta Do Pargo hotel contract stated that all investors would be refunded (+10%) if the hotel construction hadn't commenced by March 2012. So far no investors have been refunded, which Michael Nascimento is contractually obliged to do. Morgan Forbes' Limited company status does not give Michael Nasicmento immunity from that as the contract is in his name.

The Canary Wharf address given on Companies house for Michael Nascimento was actually the same as the Morgan Forbes and DMD Media office address......

Investors wanting a refund should put in a charge order against Michael Nascimento via the county courts.

Also report Michael Nascimento and Morgan Forbes/Acropolis SGPS to the Insolvency Service via their website.

They will assist with enforcing any court orders against Michael Nascimento/ Morgan Forbes and also launch a criminal investigation is fraud is suspected to have been committed by Mr Nascimento or Morgan Forbes, as appears to be the case with the non-refunded Hotel investment.

the m/f hotel can be classed as fraud without doubt spread the word that ,m/f acropolis is uninvestable asit is a rip off,no planning consent has ever been given,yet they still ask people to invest.
