Does anyone know what the latest position is with this case?  The FCA appear to be dragging their heals.

The FCA are nearing the end of their investigation and investors will know whats happening within the next two months.

This was a case of fraud,Morgan Forbes was set up as a scam there was not any intention to build a hotel or villa's,go to Motley Fool notce board re: Morgan Forbes.

How do you know for sure that the case is nearing the end?  Does this mean that us losers will get our money back?

It depends on how much money is in the pot,investors money was spent on agents fees this that and the other,they would say anything so investors would send money to M.F.

Because I E-mailed the guy from the FCA who interviewed me.In two months we will know if they will be taking the people responsible for the Pearl Island fraud to court or drop the case.If they drop the case the investors will lose their money but if they take them to court they may want to pay investors back so if they are found guilty they may get a shorter sentence.

The people being investigated have had their assets seized and from what I understand they have enough money to pay investors back,they may do that but if they do not but are found guilty by the courts they will have their seized assets taken from them under the proceeds of crime act.Whether the courts repay investors from this I am not sure.

We will know more when we get the update from the FCA within two months.
