Never invest in off plan,and when the property is also off shore keep well clear.

You dont know what you are talking about as your statement is not always true.I would say that about 20% of what you say is fact and thats being generous and 80% you have not got a clue.

Ten years ago I bought a new 5 bed house with a detached triple garage off plan and moved in 6 months later.After 18 months the last house that was the same as mine sold for £200,000 more than I paid.

That was a better investment than with Morgan Forbes.I did not invest in the Hotel only Pearl Island and I have spoken to the FCA and the investors will know if they are going to take the the people to court for the scam within a couple of months.

The FCA have seized enough assets to pay back all investors but not sure if this will happen or not but the indication is that there is a good chance it will.I am not too bothered as if I get my original investment back I will also go after them for interest and if they do not return investors money I will get my original investment back plus interest from the scammers as I know some dodgy characters you do not want to mess with.

Interestingly from a guy I know in London who know all the going ons with the Morgam Forbes crew I was told about a guy who was a original investor and when Hugh Herschell was pretending to be Christopher Andrews and was trying to sell more shares he knew of a guy who invested £100,000 using his credit card.I was told it was pounds but maybe it was in Euros and the guy who posted a few posts back.

I will not be posting again so if someone posts as Robbed 2 it will not be me.I will wait and see what the FCA update says and plan my strategy from there..

Off shore off plan are a very high risk,often they do not get finished and in some cases did not ever get started,M.F. was a fraud from day one.

I would have thought that was obvious, if he is actually in Brazil.  He is trying to avoid arrest

Only if he is arrested for a crime in brazil. Not for outstanding as soca and Interpol have no jurisdiction there. Check before you post. Also can we get back to the matter in hand our investment not some stupid sales person

If the police want someone who is in Brazil for crimes from when the person was in the UK the Brazilian authouities will send him back to the UK.It has been like that for at least the last 20 years.Do your research before posting.

Hi.I invested in Ponta do Pargo.I went to madiera and hooked up with previous employees who told me the whole story.
Had a tussle with lawyers etc for MF but to no avail.Would you let me know the process or news of progress.?
