You are presumably not an investor because if you were you would be including yourself in the "mugs" category.
All us investors already know were are mugs and do not need continually reminding of that fact.
If you cannot write something constructive it would be better if you wrote nothing at all.

Sorry but it's boll****, I have met his mother and he has robbed 3 people personally that were good friends of his. His name is Alex. His father's name is hugh herschell ans he adopted that name, he looks up to him and used his name. Our but u don't know what ur talking about.vile met his family. But his dad wants nothing to do with him now

Someone on here said the FCA would tell us what is happening before the end of the year.Does anyone know whats happening.

There is nothing on the fca register regarding M.F. or other companies or individuals connected to the scam  .w.w.w. fca register.

This year all is quiet,M.F. gone away.

If you were involved in a case of fraud etc would you go spreading details of your investigation around the place? It's not a bloody TV show, or Simon Cowell's latest itv phone scam, sorry 'talent search'. Just because it's gone quiet doesn't mean that they've lost interest. I emailed the FCA last year and yes they said that they hoped to be in a position to decide if/when they proceeded with the case.

Btw, anyone note the text at the bottom of the page where we write these messages? 'Only post truthful information'. The number of Michael's Hughs and ex employees that seem to have drifted past this page.. someone talking porkie pies somewhere..

Anyone checked out Aston Craig's facebook pages? Interesting to say the least.. 'public' posts of 'deals' on investing in jet fuel, and property, and gems.. and his friends list... Makes Obi Wan Kenobi's comments on Moss Eisley look even more tame than suggest The Richardson Gang were not nice to their enemies..

The fca are very slow,it will take them a few years to catch up with M.N.

I'm so annoyed in reading all this. I've lost so much over this and invested in both (Hotel and shares)......... Will the FCA be successful?! Will I ever see anything back?! Only reason I invested is because it's in my island, I'm a single mum with 3 kids and really struggled to invest but took a risk and it's so not worth it, never again and I can't see light at the end of the tunnel.

Civil servants are very slow to do anything,they will say take out a private court case.
