As stated M.F. fraud from day one.

What we don't need on here are "clever dicks" who keep telling us it was a scam from day 1, and that we vwere all mugs to invest in it.
Wht we need is news of how the FCA are getting on with sorting it out and any news regarding the possibility of getting some (or all) of our money back.

If you are an investor the FCA will have kept you up to date.

Where do you get your information from?
I am an investor and yes I have recently spoken to the FCA.  They are keeping the information close to their chests because the investigation is still ongoing.  Hence, they are not prepared to divulge the latest position at this time and they do not automatically keep us up to date.

How many years have the FCA been investigating M.F.

i know hugh and he has never stolen a penny from anyone he has done his job but never stolen money from anyone personally.

The last update from the FCA was on 14th November 2014.I have spoken and E-mailed them twice in the last 6 months and I agree they are keeping things close to their chest but did say that the investigation is on going and they should be in a position to let investors know by the end of the year if they are taking the people being investigated to court,I believe there are a few people being investigated and would guess 3 or 4 and know one is Michael Nascimento or Pedro Mania as he likes to be called but not sure of the others.

Hugh Herschell is an alcoholic but do not know if he is killing himself but I dont think so..I do not believe his real name is Alex and he is just as bad as the other people and has conned and scammed investors out of their money.Any people who invested in Pearl Island and had a call from someone called Christopher Andrews with a Scottish accent,that was hugh Herschell.

Who was it on here stating that Nascimento had no affiliation to the Adam's family?

Steven Murrell, who was co-director with Nascimento at Morgan Forbes, is currently on trial with Steven Todd and Michael Adams. This seems to be linked to the Aston Lloyd land banking scam which was a predecessor to Morgan Forbes.

Murrell was acting in  a legal role for M.F.,he had been struck by the law society,so much for security regarding investors funds.
