I have not come across that name before,in connection with the Madeira property scam.

From his nicknames I have a feeling that the guy is Michaels internet and fake website designer and has worked for him since at least 2010.If that is incorrect looking at all the names he uses may be a broker in one or more of the companies selling the Pearl Island shares for the second time.

In the Pearl Island scam what is known of Aston Craig,at one time in 2011 he was employed as a front man selling the shares in Pearl Island.

Yes Aston Craig was the main broker for the Hotel and Pearl Island when they were selling in the UK without FCA approval.When MF were told to move the office to Madeira to continue selling the projects Aston went out there for about a year but came back to the UK after his house was burgled and his wife wanted him to come home.

The last I heard a few years ago is that he is still working for Michael as he would have several scam companies on the go at any one time.I can see AC having a very big problem in the not too distant future.

Have you knowledge regarding planning consent,was it ever granted for the hotel.

I am pretty sure that the planning consent and the build licence were granted for both the Hotel and Pearl Island villa development with the golf course approx 30% completed all looked good for investors.

Then due to the financial crisis Portugal cut back on the money it gives to Madeira every year so a few projects were stopped,one of them being the golf course as the government were committed to several major projects the most notable being the redevelopment of Funcial sea front to accommodate more cruise ships.

The funding cutbacks screwed all investors hopes and Michael missed out big time so went back to his normal ways scamming more investors trying to sell the Pearl Island land again when he got caught by the FCA.

The land for the golf course is for sale if a developer wants to complete it and the website also mentions that there is also land for a Hotel and luxury villa development available to buy adjacent to the golf course.I am not sure how this would work out as the FCA have seized both parcels of land during their investigations and the trial.

Yes MN is in prison at the moment. Waiting to be sentenced. Hugh is still drinking and actually claiming benefits now. What a joke! Aston Craig is now running a business called AY Security SIM's, probably another scam. MN last known address is 174A westcombe Hill, SE3.
He's currently seeing an Asian women who he claims to be in love with... another year, another woman. You want to keep an eye on another lady called Amanda Fleming Stringer, so called "Money". She was in control of the online banking info etc at the time which was set up by the companies. In fact she had a sexual relationship with the great Hugh too. She's travelled to Madeira a few times herself to setup companies for MN.

It's good to see MN has downgraded from 5-6 bedroom houses in Kent to 1-2 bedroom flats in east London.

Does anyone know why MN got remanded? Did he breach his bail conditions?
