I'm a investor and I am aware of the land in madeira is real and is worth some money. If Nascimento and his crew get convicted then us inverts will get nothing back. As much as I want nascimento and his crew to go prison utlermatlly I want my money back. If Nascimento does not go to prison then we can sue Morgan Forbes madeira and nascimento. I have information that his lawyers are Langstone solicitors and the person looking after his case is called Frances. I will be speaking to her and see if I can arrange something with her client to get my money back.  My advise is to do the same

I just spoke to Kangs Lawyers. Spoke to Francis who is looking after MNs case. I am planning to visit the lawyers later this week to do a witness statement. Is true that FCA convict MN then I and all investors will lose there monies. I'm doing this statement on the condition that MN completes the project and sells it for a profit. I have done my homework and visited madeira and the land has value. I suggest any investors contact his lawyers on 02079366396 and ask for Francis Murray if you want your money back

I would have thought that MN lawyers would not want to or be allowed to speak or get statements from investors in Pearl Island and if they were and you had something interesting to say the FCA would have had a statement from yo already.

You say you are doing this statement on the condition that MN completes the project and sells it for a profit.The lawyers could not give you that guarantee as it is nothing to do with them,The land has been seized by the FCA due to the trial and in the future if the land was available to sell it would only make a profit if the Golf course was completed.

You do not understand the basis of the so called land.The land was purchased to build the hotel and villa's once consent had been granted investors shares were not worth any more value.

Thanks for this. I've just arranged to meet MNs  lawyers next week. Someone mentioned ed below that the lawyers can't guarantee the building licence but it's true that the FCA convict Nascimento then all investors will lose all their monies. If Nascimento continues with the investment then I've got a chance to get my money back. I've been to madeira twice. Met up with the Arcitects and local government and I k ow the land is real and was in the process of being granted. Once again thanks for the info

I agree what you have said about the land.My point is that the golf course need to be restarted,completed and then the land will be worth more and would be of interest to a developer so investors would be likely to get some money back.I believe planning permission and the build licence was granted before the golf course was stopped.

The golf course is on hold because of the hotel. This is he news from Madeira. I don't think everyone understands that the golf course was working along side the hotel project. The land value of the hotel and villas has a value once planning was excepted. MN had done all he can. The way you find out is go to madeira and meet the right department and they have it listed. Turns out the investments was real and based on what I have found out some brokers over sold the project and pocketed the monies. Doing your research is not just go ogling but going out to madeira and seeing it for yourself with the central and local government.

Initially yes the Project in Madeira was legitimate BUT along the way he realised he was not getting enough investment that he decided/had no choice but to go back to his old ways and keep all the money for himself.

MN has been pulling boiler room scams for years! Purposely hiring young employees who he can manipulate by promising them riches!
He convinces them to become company directors and open up bank accounts so he can rip off even more people! And get away scott free with no legal association!

Sounds like you know him personally. In fact reading your thread suggest your not a investor but someone that don't like him. Maybe a ex staff member or a old friend. Thank you for this. I've made contact and you are right. If I'm to get my money back then we need to land to complete he planning process and allow MN to sell the land. I've had a independent valuation on the villas once planning is consent and it will be worth €5 million.  The FCA have said to me that thy would not pay any compensation to the investors. Why would I want to help the FCA and get nothing in return. im withdrawing my witness statement from the FCA

If indeed the land is worth something if the project were to be acomplished there is no way I would ever allow MN to call the shots!!! Or to profit from it!!! In any way shape or form. He is NOT to be trusted. NEVER! This guy is a sociapath to the fullest extent. He will ALWAYS have an angle.

Also I dont believe withdrawing your witness statement is a good idea REGARDLESS....
