    I had a call from this indian lady to day trying to sell me rosehip at an extortionate price she pretended to be running a national wellness campaign from Sanda health centre.  I was suspicious when she gave me an obvious English name, Corrine.  I fobbed her off till I could check it out on the net and hey surprise surprise its a con.  I buy all my supplements from a legitimate English company based in Jersey and their rosehip is 5 times stronger and half the price she was quoting.  Please do not waste money with this company.

    Following your e-mail, I ordered the product I required with some help from customer services. The product arrived in less than 4 days! Just an e-mail to thank you and your team for a very swift response to my query and for very quick delivery. I am most impressed.

    Please show this e-mail to the powers that be, as I think in today’s’ climate people are very quick to complain and very rarely take the time to show their appreciation.

    Just felt I had to let you know I am majorly impressed with the service. Easy to understand site with good information on your products and excellent pricing with quick delivery.I have tried various products after being recommended by my GP but this time I myself know the product well and its use.

    Yes, they do seem to be using this number now. Despite their promises not to call me again they are still calling. This company seem unable to understand that I (and plenty of others, it seems) do not want their persistent calls or their products. Frankly they are a b****y nuisance.

    I completely agree with you Rachel. I dont have any liking for the company but have been associated with it and have ordered products in the past ,but never have gone through any problems of being cheated and stuff. While reading this entire blog I feel more than customers its fake people and competitors on it. Reviews trying to put down the company and blame it for futile issues. I guess people are smart enough to know who is genuine and who is fake. Anyways...

    These people telephoned my 80 year old mother, and asked about arthritis.  As she is in constant pain she was sucked in and as they would not take no for an answer she eventually subscribed to six months supply to the rose hip supplement.  Within minutes she had givem them her card number and they deducted about £90 from her account.  She told me within an hour and I tried to cancel but can only get an answer machine.  My mother is under a specialist on the NHS so she assumed this was genuine.  Now I am afraid that they may deduct more money from her account so have changed her card number.  What sort of people target the old and vulnerable. Scum of the earth.

    I cant believe I received the refund of 200 pounds without any trouble.After reading the posts out here I thought my money is gone and have been cheated.But, I was wrong about the company and assumed something too soon.Thankyou soo much sandawellbeing. I am definitely buying products from you again.

    Terry, well done. Please tell us how you did it. I've been trying for weeks to get through and only ever an answering machine. Others have given up trying. Some have apparently succeeded only after threatening to report them to the Police. And WHY would you want a refund and then buy more products from the company who made an error of £200?

    Or are you another sandawellbeing plant?

    Perhaps Rachel you should try googling this company with the word scam. There are GP practices who warn their patients about this company. My mother (82) was taken in by them and over £200 taken from her account, for supplements her GP said she should not take. She was extremely distressed.  That is not the behaviour of a reputable company.

    Sandawellness called my mother (78) and talked her into buying a supplement. They were very persuasive giving her all kinds of advice and kept her talking for over half an hour. She thought she was talking to her health center and agreed to buying a small amount to try. BUT her credit card was debited for over 300 pounds. She is so upset and embarrassed by her foolishness ... giving her payment details over the phone.

    Just thought I would say that I quite liked the customer service, and will definitely continue to shop with sandawellbeing. It's nice to deal with the customer service department, and actually be satisfied with the outcome, rather than frustrated with the whole ordeal.

    Well my mother received a call from these parasites. They convinced her to buy some supplements and foolishly she paid for them over the phone with her credit card. They took nearly £300 from her. When she saw her statement she was so embarrassed at the con she hid it from the family. If you act fast and tell the credit card company they will stop such a transaction but only if you act fast.  5 days?

    Beware of this Indian company, DO NOT allow them to SCAM you too.

    The call came from sandawellbeing and spoke to me about my health and how i can maintain it. After having spoken about it in detail  he asked me to check there site and if i was interested then I can go ahead and can order the supplements. I did my research on the company and found everything genuine, hence have purchased the supplements on some special discounted offer.

    “Wow, thanks very much, this stuff is much more helpful than I can have ever imagined !" You've been a great help and I will certainly be sticking with sandawellbeing in future! There has been incredible improvement in hardly any time. I have taken various supplements for a long time now but none of them helped reduce the pain.
