The same thing happened to me with animal charities and did I have any loans, and when some of the guys called they said I'd given them permission to call after answering the survey questions. I'm not aware of any loopholes with the TPS but if they do exist then don't do any more surveys until they close it.

I've received many phone calls from them, I answered one time and they could go through all my Address Details, Phone Number and tricked me into answering questions about my daily routine.
They tried to get me to give Bank Details over for some tablets which would help arthritis, at that stage I told them they were not getting my Bank Details.

They've since called again, to 'check up' on my health, but let my daughter answer the phone, they spoke to an Indian Male called Michael, and stated they were calling from the Well Being Centre.

They insisted to callback again at a later date, but they've been told not to bother unless instructed to do so by my Doctor.
Advised if they keep calling, they'll be reported for harassment as they call 3-4 times a day.

Keep getting called by name (but I am in the book) by an Indian man. Despite telling him I am not interested he keeps calling.

My wife received a similar call to the above.  On this occasion, she was referred to by her Christian name (Carol) as though it was a friendly personal call - Indian sounding gentleman.  He asked questions relating to her health and that of her family - she gave non-committal answers and then put the phone down.  I have advised her to have no further truck with these people and should any further call be made, she will simply replace the receiver

A man rang from this number and asked for my (late) husband.  I asked what company he was from and he said they were the Wellness Clinic doing a survey of their customers. I asked them to remove my number from the list. When I rang the number back to check its validity a girl answered ( in a professional manner) stating that they were a health supplement company.

Got a call from these a few days back & hung up. They phoned again today 14.05 28/9 & when he started asking personal medical questions I told him I only answered those to my Doctor, & said goodbye, & put the phone down. He then rang back, got answer machine, rung back again, got answer machine again, rung back again - so I unplugger the phone. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO BE INCOMMUNICARDO TO MY FAMILY & FRIENDS TO STOP NUISANCE CALLS LIKE THIS ??? I have thos number registered with the TPS, but they still have my number.

Having received numerous calls from this centre, it suddenly occured to me that my health condition was the trigger for their initial phone calls.
Is there some kind of financial kick back from some Government workers to supply this information.

Its too coincidental that I have only recently been diagnosed as having possible Psoriatic Arthritus and I get phone calls offering me pain free help?

Starts off as a wellness survey, very friendly and chatty Indian gentleman, eventually becomes a sales-pitch for GOPO extract Rosehip based Arthiritis remedy, when I assured him I did not have Arthiritis symptoms he then started questioning me about my partner's health. So I said I wasn't interested and put the phone down. Five minutes later he rang again, asking for me by name, I immediately replaced the receiver. After reading other comments no doubt he will be ringing again!! Sounds like a candidate for "Watchdog".

Just answered a call from 02086190746.  An accented lady called Sonya from Wellness immediately greeted me inquiring how I was and if I would mind telling her how I felt  when waking up in the morning.  My response was simple I didn't know who she or her company was and I was not in the habit of providing personal details to any unknown, unsolicited caller and suggested that if this was genuine she should put her inquiry in writing and I would do the appropriate research before deciding whether to respond.  She was very polite at all times even when I advised her that I was signed up to TPS and that her company should not have called me.

Time will tell if I continue to receive calls from this number.
