jus had call from this number on a bank holiday monday.
aint they got nothing better to do.

they call me 3 times aday i dont know what to do?

ran down stairs to answer ringing phone too late!! dialled 1471 and got this weird number googled it and here we are.what a pain in the neck still nice to see im not the only one!!

Keep getting calls from them and had another one this afternoon - just see the number on Caller ID and I don't bother picking up. Really irritating though when you rush to the phone and then see that you needn't have bothered... The caller hangs up when the answerphone starts so they don't leave messages.

Recieved 3 calls yesterday from this number. Silence when I pick up the receiver.

Had three calls from these people yesterday - told them the last two times not to call me again.  Just had another call from them and informed the caller I was going to make an official complaint to OFCOM... he seemed apologetic and said he would remove me from their database.  We shall see ;)

I heard (not sure if this is true) that some companies use a computer to dial numbers and upon answering the computer automatically hangs up.  If there is an answer from the number dialed the number called is added to a database and sold to telemarketing companies for cold calling.  If no answer then the number is not added to the database but the computer will still try to the call number when it is programmed to.

This happended to me and shortly after I started hetting calls from abroad try to to sell me this and that - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

3 calls from this number today all silent

Had a call from this number today- a woman asked to speak to a previous resident of the flat and when I said she didn't live here anymore, the woman asked if I was a family member. I asked what the call was regarding and was told it was a survey. Told her was signed up to the tps and got a quick hangup!

We've just had 3 silent calls from this number, how annoying!!

we have had several silent calls from 02135371000. When I answered it and somebody was there, they said they were ringing from the Survey Group. I told them to stop ringing but they carried on. My wife answered it and could not understand them so I presume it is coming from abroad.

Same experience as others already expressed.....phone rings, pick up and silence then hang up.

I got a call from a number that supposidly weatherseal (i didn't answer, just searched the number on here) and 10 mins later i get a call from this number (again i didn't answer) it went to my answer machine and it just made this weird beeping noise so i'm guessing even if i did answer there would have been no'one on the end.

Same problem as others.  They call & cut off and you can't return the call.  Number not recognised.  I don't trust these callers - what can be the reason to call and then cut oiff - it makes no sense.

so - has anybody found out what this is all about? these idiots must be making money somewhere along the line.

Called 12:45 on 15 Oct 09, no message left & cannot call them back.  They are pests.

Just got in from work and dialed 1471 and found this number- i was a bit confused about the area code so i googled the number and here I am. Sorry to hear that they are pestering so many people and getting away with it. Just noticed the big gap in reported calls from July till Oct 13th and then lots reported. If it happens again i will reporting them to ofcom!

Had them call twice in the last week.  Silent call that hangs up on pick-up.  1471 gives the number but pressing 3 doesn't work.  How do they get a fake number on 1471?

Its a survey company wanting "household" details. No chance, I asked to be taken off the calling list, the guy I spoke to was an unlikely-accented Jack Scott.
My caller display is set to spam for when they call next.

I have had these irritants call me 4 times today. Twice it came up as international, once number unavailable and once as a fake "09157"

I had an unlikely accented, Jane, John and Victor.
