Silent calls again!!!!!!!!!

just had a call from 0014108852 saying they were calling from a bank i used to bank with saying they were reffunded my ppi s and bank charges they new all my details account no sort code what card i had with them wanted my new bank details from new bank said not doing that but if they gave me there number i would call them back then they hang up any one else had this

Its a marketing research phonecall. They'd been calling for a few days so i decided to listen to them and answer nonsense to all their questions. Halfway thru the call it went dead. I'll probably get a hefty bill for it on my next one!!!!!

I constantly get this number who doesn't speak can you help?

I have received several calls for 02135371000, pesting me.  I am on telephone preference service (TPS) and see you have had several other complaints regarding this telephone number.  I have also today been in touch with TPS and registered a complaint.

Had a few calls from this number - just silent then they hang up.  Annoying as I can be in the middle of something with my children!

It is about time that these numbers are blocked----- if coming from abroad it should be blocked before it gets into the UK system.  Someone must know how to do it obviously they are not getting these calls.

keep seeing this number on my phone? I picked it up after it rang for the second time today soon as i picked it up it was put down . It rings quite regular, who the hell it is I dont Know.

2 calls yesterday spoke to a man and I could not understand what he was saying for a start, found out he wanted to do a survey, told him I was not interested. 3 more so far today, they just hang up.

This is the first time I have been called from this number (02136371000). Having read comments by others, I am sure the identity of the caller rest with a website dealing with Insurance quotes. The sites I visited were, insureandgo.com, moneysupermarket .com, direct-travel.co.uk, gocompare.com, endsleigh.co.uk, confused.com, PostOffice.co.uk/travel_cover, AAtravelinsurance.com and Saga.co.uk/travel-insurance. I hope this will help to idntify the culprit and stop him/her pestering people.

Had several calls from this number this week. Lifestyle survey as far as I can understand. Every time I have said, Lifest I'm not interested. This time I asked him to take our number off the list he said he wouldn't be interested in doing that. I asked if he had heard of tps and he then apologised and said goodbye. We'll see if they try again.

We are receiving approx two calls per day that are 'silent' calls. One at lunchtime and one in the evening. Someone rang last week to speak to me about a lifestyle survey; could it be related the these people?
