It's Citibank hawking their products and services.

i believe this may be CITI bank - i have asked 4 times that they delete this mobile number from my file and use my home number

i don't think they speak english in Singapore?

Call from Citibank trying to add a transaction account to my other Citibank products. Call was noisy and clearly from Overseas. I declined their offer and asked them not to call again.

Received a call from this number. It IS Citibank. They called for a promotional offer. I took the offer. During the application process, I had a bad feeling whether it was really Citibank. Asked them to give me info about my account and they were able to verify transactions I made. Still wasn't 100% convinced so after I applied for the offer, I called Citibank customer service and they were able to verify I had applied for the promotional offer.

Had a call from this number this morning. I didn't pick it up and they didn't leave a voicemail.

Called up saying from Citibank and offering the citibank credit card.

It's Citibank and it's legit. Just calling to offer products/services.

Called twice left no message.

Keep getting calls on my overseas phone number from 0280733390 without leaving messages - I don't answer the calls
