I have been getting calls from this number very early in the morning before my alarm is due to go off. Only on the mobile though! We called it this morning and the phone rang out. What can you do about this??

yea the same here i have no idea why they call me but its been twice now i even have the timings and the dates that they have called me, they have called me on the 11th of march 2009 at 10:22 am and 6:32 pm.

Yes received two missed calls earlier tonight, almost back-to-back from this number to my mobile. Glad I didn't answer seeing this response, (also would've interrupted my good dinner at home too!)

just got 5 missed calls from this number at 9:57pm tried to call it back and it said it was a disconnected number minutes after i received the calls also...odd

Same story, same numer, 3.00am, TWICE. Not happy.

These a**wipes rang me at 2.07 am, 2.35am, 3.54am, 4.28am and then again today at 8.55am. If I find out who they are I'll be ringing them at some ungodly hour of the morning. See how they Like it.

i got this number calling my phone a couple of times not happy..every time i would answer there would be no one on the other end, they would hang up...i would call back This Number Has Been Disconected...little did i know that they would be taking my credit everytime i answered or called back

its the commonwealth bank well at least in my case it was so it would be a call centre 4 what eva bank u use i say there trying 2 scam u i told them 2 [***] off

I keep get this number call at 3:44AM!!! Tried calling it back, but it said it was disconnected

it might be an attack.. there are lots of scam here in australia. i suggest dont ring them back.. they might find a way to use your account link to a call card. when someone use that call card, its your credit that they're using so beware!

The call is from yahoo messanger. Anyone can dial a number from this site and the caller id appears as 0282094700. It's a way of phoning people through the internet, it's a lot cheaper than phoning on a regular line.

Anyone come across this one ?

I had a call from this number about a week ago...i answered and it was some telmarketer recording, so i hung up straight away. This week i had many calls from them so i finally answered. This time it was my father calling from Thailand but he was using his own mobile phone, not a calling card. What is going on.

I got a call from this number as well but I didn't answer because it is not in my phonebook. I think it someone really wants to talk to me would call back. But there was no calling back. I have tried to call back and it showed the fax tone.

I too just noticed two missed calls from this number. I always google it first if I don't know it as I have heard of many scams where they take your money when you call back. I am going to ignore it, keep my phone on silent and hope that it stops... What else is there to do?

I responded to a google add to earn money from home.  They wanted $3.00 for an info pack which I put on my debit card.  Then they rang and tried to ask for more money for training. I explained it was my birthday soon and I was saving up for that so I couldn't afford it.  I since realised that they charged me $73 for it anyway.  I have had to cancel my debit card and won't get another for a week.  I needed my card to check in for accomodation that I have booked for my birthday weekend.  Thanks for ruining my birthday [***].  I'm going to do everything in my power to shut you down.

hi everyone i know the number 02 8209 4700... yes they are very annoying they are only calling to see if you would like to make extra money online but they are very annoying so all you can do is ignore it or change your number i ahve had about 10 calls from there and rediculous hours of the day and i have been ignoring them and now they have left me alone i hope i have helped you.

This number shows on my mobile every time i get a phone call from a friend overseas...

I got this call just a minute ago... from Sydney, AUS. strange.......
