This is a scam call - be warned it will charge you!
This number 02920822637 started repeatedly calling my mob, as not in my address book I ignored. However I used landline to call back. There is never any answer and you are just kept 'Hanging on the telephone'! Anyone remember that tune by Blondie  - "Haangin on tha telephowone"!

They keep calling, just ignore and they will go away.

If you receive a phone call on your mobile from any person, saying that he or she is a company engineer, or telling that they're checking your mobile line, and you have to press #90 or #09 or any other number, end this call immediately without pressing any numbers.

There is a fraud company using a device that once you press #90 or #09 they can access your "SIM" card and make calls at your expense.

my partners vodaphone and received a cal 2day 02920822637 i phoned from landline and got answer machine company called communcations direct..i then received a cal myself im a pay monthly t.mobile the number was alittle different 02920359001 this is engaged all the time thata why i asked google im very glad i did.

When I answered there was nobody there - I hung up.

got call from this number, did not recognise number so did not answer.

I got a call, no one answered, lasted for 3 sc's...

Recently i've been recieving these calls too, they are just trying to sell you a package deal on a phone contract, best thing you can do is just say to them when they call is "I'm sorry, not interest delete my number off of the National Datebase and stop calling me thank you -hang up"

Had another two calls today from this number.

I answered it the firs time - sounder like a call centre in the background then line went dead.

this number is calling 3 times a day but i don,t answer it.

i had a missed call today aswell . . . didnt answer - glad i didnt

My Attitude to this is ... All the numbers that have on my phone are from everyone I know.  If it's a number I don't recognise I ignore it but if they call me 2/3 time I may answer in case it’s an emergency.

Missed a call from this number when i was in work 2day.  went straight on2 google to check it out as i didnt recognise it, glad i checked.  i will certainly not be answering that number r any other un-recognised numbers from now on!

Emailed them today and here is their reply.

just wondering if they have access to any sort of databank...as I recently had given away phone handset to BOOTS and then I get this phonecall.. Didn't answer it though...
has anyone experienced the same?  or is it just coincidence?

I had a call this afternoon from this number and did not answer, reading this page I am glad I didn't!

they called themselves Communications Direct and wanted to sell me a a better pay-as-you-go package. The more question I asked of them (like where they got my number) they more they stared lying to me.

They said they got my number form some direct marketing place with no name, i said they were dialling random numbers and that they did not even know what my name was, eventually the woman got very [***] with me, when I would not tell her what i do for a living she said "are you embarrassed about what you do for a living? are you? are you?".

Look what I have found on this company, sounds suspicious to me, they have been sued for pretending to be from "your network" report them to your existing network

Had a call from this number in the last couple of minutes, a woman asking me if I was on a Pay-As-You-Go and saying that she could run through some options to save me money.

I quickly told I was at work and couldn't speak, then hung up!
