got a call from this  03-21467000,03-21173360,03-22735205,  asking whether i use xx bank credit card . told him fly kite bcos i dont have credit card . if call again i f @#$ him kau kau !

We should make a report to Bank Negara regarding this issue, our Banks are so rubbish and ask third party to scam us ....

+++ agree with some of you over here ... Jabatan Pendaftaran Saman ... since when we have this jabatan pendaftaran saman with private compay ...

Why the debt collector called u all?? Only one answer, maybe u all didn't pay ur debts n ur o/s n one mire thing u all must remember they are call on behalf bank to remind about ur debts why u all settle ur debts b4 they are call u all....

Pak lang dont back up collector. kalo nal collect pun ade adap dan cara bukan nya nak memandai guna nama yg tak sepatut bukan milik dia org. INGAT le rakyat malaysia nih masih mampu bayar hutang.... kalo cara tak sopan jgn jadi rakyat MALAYSIA. aku syang bangsa aku jgn jadi bodoh dan bangang ikut telunjuk org yg suka aniaya org lain....

tadi sy terima call dri agensi ni dgn no tel yang sama...dia siap mention nama majikan dan pengarah saya...dia kata kes sy dah difailkan untuk naik mahkamah tapi dia suruh saya buat pilihan sama ada meneruskan saman mahkamah atau pilihan kedua setle luar mahkamah...bila saya tnya suruh jelaskan kedua-duanya...dia maki sy seperti org yang takder pelajaran...hangin dibuatnya...dia yang bodoh pasal tak jelaskan bila sy tnya....dia siap ugut utk anta surat kepada majikan dan pengarah serta akan diambil tindakan tatatertib supaya sy dibuang kerja.....stakat hutang 5k je...mmg sy nk setle kan tapi dlm tempoh beberapa bulan lg...cara dia cakap mmg kurang ajar, biadap...

not good for our health because will susah hati if gotten sakit jantung will die soon.
i think bank negara should think about it.
because of this collector ppl go to along to settle them. nowadays is hard to get a job.most job is contract basis. i think i want to kick this govt this PRU. cost living increase. is not the same as when we use the credit card anymore.

u should saman them back because of threathen , n y want u di buang kerja. then how u want to pay.
i understand that nowadays the cost living increased, n that the reason we unable to pay them back. if the cost living are not like this, we do have extra money n budget to pay them back. the govt crap. that is all i can says. if really need we do have epf money to settle all the debts rather than declare as bankrrupcy,

they call me several times already this week....yes I admit I had a debt with credit card. But according to my lawyer, any amount outstanding after 7 years will be written off by the Bank or credit card company.

They talk to me like they are gangster or 'ah long'....is that the proper way if you want to ask payment from me??

Furthermore, they threaten me saying that they are going to my house to collect all my stuff. When I told my lawyer, he just asked me back one question: Would anyone be stupid enough to call you in advance if they want to take your stuff??

As such, without any Court order, they do not have any right to go over to your place and take any assets. Instead, you can report to police if they enter your premises without consent.

Also, my lawyer said that they can't sue your for bankruptcy if the amount is below RM 30,000.00. The debt collector told me that my amount was RM 60,000.00++ but I have yet to receive any summons from the Court regarding this matter.

This company is a debt collector named Zuri Group. Located at Sun Complex, Jln Bkt Bintang.
Hired by local banks. They have many staffs with many depts. most them calling are tele-marketeer.
Call wrong number but still talk nonsense. The staffs there are mainly drop out from school and uneducated. Bad staff bad company! Fired!!!!

Dah 3 hari berturut2 dapat call dari 03 2146 7000..tension betul hari2 dorang call..saya tak ada hutang credit card dgn mana2 bank pun..Jabatan Pendaftaran Saman? Mahkamah? Ah Long? Lawyer Agency? Mengarut! Menyusahkan orang je!!

They used to call me and mention are you MR. Yee cheng seng. I told them im not Mr.cheng. So annoying when they can called me everyweek.

Saya nak share experience saya... mmg saya ada personal loan dengan sebuah bank tp ada sesuatu terjadi dan saya tak dapat membuat bayaran utk pijaman tersebut... im in the midst to settle this. BUT... lately ni,  0321467000 keep calling me.... treaten me like hell... wanna to report to my HR ( will send letter to HR to fire me, will ask HR to cut my salary)... i was so stupid bcoz i trust them. until oneday, i just realize, why so many ppl call me and ask the same things ( about hw im gonna to pay back my loan?).. just imagine, they called me about 5-6times a day with so many name...oh GOD.
it was crazy.. did tell me to sita my house... "saya sudah amik itu gambar rumah and ye..dah ada 3keping"... "saya berminat nak pergi ke pejabat anda...anda tak malu ke kalau kawan sekerja anda tau anda berhutang"..so wht?????? crazy ppl...desperate for comission!

ZURI GROUP OF COMPANIES. Mmg cam haram dorang ni. x de manners. x educated langsung. aku mmg ade utang kredit kad gak. x smpi 5k pon. same la diorang ugut aku nak kol bos aku la, aku ckp nak kol2 la. ade aku kesah.
n aku diberitahu oleh 1 local bank ni, die kate skang bank negara dh haramkan 3rd party collector ni. n aku x paham kenape masih ade lg bank yg hire diorang ni kalo dh haram. desperate sgt nak komisyen.
