Jangan layan debt collector.they re not legal firm.aand not have empoverred to take legal action from the court.mereka suka main like legal action like waran tangkap sealing off house writ of seizure n sale (wss)jangan terpedaya dgn mulihat debt collector.other thing to frighten you off are like visiting your house seizing n sealing if your perabot rumah. Jangan dibuli debt collector.kalau mereka bijak sangat suruh mereka bawa black n white dari mahkamah.tapi awas jangan tertipu drngan sekeping kertas

dont want to pay n avoiding calls.go direct to bank n settle ur debt if u dont want them to call.....

Semua tindakan itu boleh di ambil. Utk elakan tindakan dan stop dia orang call bayar lah hutang. Orang boleh cakap macam macam tapi hutang mesti dibayar

Maybe fraud, bro. Some 1 maybe use ur IC. Pls check which bank n walk in to check. Many funny things happening now. If bank got record n u never use make police report.

You can anytime walk in to the bank n ask 4 monthly pymt

Orang yang hutang bank ini pun sudah cukup utk jadikan Malaysia bankrupt, nanti u pun tak ada nasi utk makan. Semua masalah ini tak akan berlaku jika semua org bayar hutang.........

To all credit card holders.....if u oll done the payment.....soo the dept collector wnt cl u....and went they cl and ask the payment properly oll the card holders refuse to do the payment....soo pls dn argue....oll credit card holders pls clear oll ur dept frst.....dn blame the collector.....hope oll understand

Don't blame the collector, they are paid to do so.... You guys when use credit card never think any hell but when want pay back the money, so many [***] become as reason...Please grow up a bit, the money you use to your grand father money...... They have all the rights to get back their money.......

Yup i agreed with all bad comments of this Debt Collector. I'm working as a bank officer providing personal fianncing to ppl. So any settlement to third party will be borne by us.  Just received call from this [***] named Nurul from KOWAJA (as she told me la). Number appeared as 03-21467000. U think i believe it.. FAT HOPE.... I knew you from the [***] DEPT COLLECTER since KOWAJA/RCE already told me that the [***] company hired by them. A total of 25% from customer's debt collected will be cash in as their [***] commission. We are helping customer and not helping them... Luckily KOWAJA/RCE inform us accordingly and not to give any information to this [***] company. So next time if you wanna call us.. F*^& ur self first...

said to be from alliance bank regarding car loan. keep calling for few week ,  already told them not the correct person and yet they still call looking for the wrong person

Aku baru jer terkena dengan mereka2 ni.. Mula2 diaorng ni dtg rumah.. disebabkan aku xde, mereka gertak bini aku.. then tinggalkan no telefon 03-21467000 ngan no PIC incharge..017.. pas2.. aku xde kol pun..
then.. 2-3 hari pastu no 03-21467000 ni kol.. ngaku dia dari bank... Soh aku bayar 25K (dlam masa 3hari).. pastu kalau nak kurang soh discuss ngan lawyer.. no 017 tu lah.. Gile ape... mmg aku ngaku yg aku berhutang and disebabkan bekas kampeni aku bankrupt.. aku pun ade masalah kewangan sampai bertahun2 masa yg aku ambil utk stabilkan diri ni balik... tetibe soh bayar 25K.. Gile ape.. kalau aku de duit banyak camtu..xkan la aku xbole nak bayar repayment loan aku tu..
Berbalik pada issue ni.. Pas depa kol tu.. selang sehari, yg 017 tu kol.. kata Lawyer firm.. kata kena bayar min 5K utk depa hold.. kalau x bole bayar depa akan submit kat bank negara utk beku acc. aku.. and apply utk WSS..

Disebabkan aku rase cam was2.. sebab cara diaorng ni cakap.. xmcm org educated pun ade.. so aku google la no 03-21467000 ni... tup2 terjumpa ni..

Wat masa skang ni aku da contact sendiri ngan bank (cawangan yg aku buat loan dulu)and explain... Depa mintak soh bayar RM50 pun xpe.. janji ada payment.

Cara paling senang.. go to the bank and discuss with them.. kalau xboleh atau xmampu try going to AKPK
Hutang tetap hutang.. tapi semua org perlu diberikan peluang kan...

Aku bersetuju dgn statement "Hati Panas".Bukannya tak nak bayar hutang,tapi keadaan yg memaksa.Siapa sanggup biarkan nama sendiri Blacklist.Tapi cara AGEN KUTIPAN tu yg tak betul.Seolah-olah mereka ni berkuasa.Kami yg penghutang ada hak! Mulai hari ini,kita yg pengutang jgn deal dengan AGEN ini! Biar kita terus berurusan dengan bank.Lagi puas hati.
