If u pay ur debts the why te hell tey want to disturb you?? No point kutuk tem..tey get paid because you dont settle te debt...then y you give them te chance to earn frm yiur debts...think!!!

this number (0321467000) just call me few time,but i dint accept the call,after a few minutes,another phone number (0132530721)  sms me these word, [Please return call at 03-21467000 URGENTLY! DINE_1943-VAREN to avoid further action.TQ] Lol!!!!

I received call from this number n claimed that called from Pejabat Pendaftaran Saman. The caller named Khairul n spoke very unprofessional n rude. He said my saman will b filed on court today abt 2pm. Asked me to call his lawyer, Pn Jesica @ 01126993121. When I enquired further on the summons type, he kept on asking to call his lawyer. He said that he is doing registration only n approached me to call the lawyer immediately as the lawyer was available at that moment. Then I asked the full summons no n he just provided me with 3 digits of number only. I called the lawyer, Pn Jesica spoke even more rude. Ask my NRIC for verification purposes.  I probe her that her guy called also not verified by NRIC. Then she raised her voice n said that unable to assist me. I gv her the summons number she couldn't check it as well. BTW, this call was made by an unprofessional debt collector. Their website is www.zuri.com.my.

It's not me who say after 7 years no need to pay....the Malaysian Law stated that....I just follow the law.

I understand that these people are working and their job is to collect bad debts but we as Malaysians are civilized and cultured people. But please do their job in a nice manner as we are all human being, we are not animals to be treated without respect.

I believe we all have our own reasons to be in debt, sometimes unforeseen circumstances leave us no choice. Even I myself have friends that still owe me money but that doesn't give me the right to talk to them rudely or threaten their family members.

As for the issue of Malaysia will be bankrupt, I believe more focus should be given on the issue of corruption instead of  bad debts within the country. There are plenty of major factors that determine if a country will go bankrupt but internal bad debts is just another method the government use to cover for the rising level of corruption among themselves.

My point is that we as consumers/people/rakyat need to equip ourselves with ample information or knowledge of our own national LAW in order to protect ourselves from being intimidated/bullied by other people. Not only debt collection agencies but also from other authorities.

However, that's my personal opinion...and I'm not forcing anyone to follow me.....so please don't condemn my lawyer for doing his job to protect me. I'm just here to share some valid information, I'm not asking anything in return.

helo kawan kalau u x hutang knp collector nak call u,kalau nak cakap besar sgt bayar lar hutang dulu,cakap pasal pendekar melayu,thn knp x bayar hutang so bank blh bg loan baru kat rakyat yg miskin....................daripada bg hutang kat ko orang semua bttr bank  bg kat rakyat miskin yg lebih memerlukan............

yes u r rite.. when u have debts sure people will go after u. if not nobody will care abt u... its very difficult to collect debt from malaysian.. unless they want to do new loan buy new house or new car then they will come to bank begging for lower interest.. hmmm malysian standard still very low in repaymemt of debts.. majority more than 60%.

Saya juga ada terima panggilan dari zuri service sdn bhd yang menyatakan dirinya adalah peguam. adakah mereka ni betul2 peguam atau hanya menipu sebagai peguam untuk mengutip hutang. peguam ni ada telefon dan menyuruh saya membayar hutang pinjaman kereta minimum rm6000 sebelum pukul 3pm pada hari yang sama, jika tidak, mereka akan hantar lori untuk menyita barang rumah.

persoalan saya.

1. saya tak terima apa2 surat mahkamah tentang kes ni, so peguam tu berhak kenakan tindakan atas saya ke?
2. adakah peguam itu betul2 peguam ada tidak? ikut logiknya, peguam mesti ada procedur untuk mengenakan tindakan ke atas penghutang. dan peguam ni tak boleh fikir ke, minta rm6000 pada hari yang sama sebelum jam 3pm. mana nak cari duit banyak tu dalam masa 1 hari.
3. boleh ke kita saman peguam tu jika dia bukan peguam yang sebenar dan hanya mengugut kita? duit saman yang kita menang tu bolehlah bayar hutang.
4. apa tu AKPK? Macam mana nak berurusan dengan BNM?

siapa2 boleh tolong jawabkan?

5. boleh ke mereka menyita barang rumah, sedangkan kereta tu dah ditarik dan dilelong oleh bank?

Yesterday got a call from 012 634 7531 he said he is runner from Mahkamah Jalan Duta... He claimed received a warrant to Sita my mom house... He read the address... Instructed to Sita my house with few policemen...( my mom address on my IC)

Then he ask me to call this no : 016 515 4308 ( the lawyer)

Today 9:01 am this 03 2146 7000 call to ask whether I'm paid or not that amount. Otherwise again " kami tak boleh tolong. Kami terpaksa bertindak ikut Arahan.."

Damn..

Who not panic in that situation? Yes I do hv tunggakan on one installment..
They playing with my emotion.. I'm crying n quarrels with hubby that using my name for that installment..luckily we r not divorce..my mom will die if policemen came to her house n do Sita the properties. Not be oz the property, but it will be extremely embarassing...we live in community, have left n right, front n back neighbours.

Helo kawan, kitaorg bukan xnak byr hutang, tapi kitaorg xde hutang dgn agensi pengutip hutang ni. Memang caller dari agensi ni sial, haram jadah punya type. Ibarat lintah darat yang suka sedut darah kotor. Xde beza antara debt collector dengan binatang!!!

Aku mmg menyumpah pihak agen sial ni. Mengganggu hidup org jer, mcm kami ni hutang dgn agensi korang... Dah la menyamar dari bank la, dari mahkamah la, dsb, nak gertak org x ubah spt along. Korg semua ni patut mampos!!!

Aku pnh kene tipu dgn agensi sial ni. Mengaku dari maybank, suruh bayar hutang, mmg aku byr, kononnya byrn yg aku buat tu dah boley clear semua hutang, lastly maybank anta surat kata ada hutang lagi. Bila disiasat, bank bg tau yg amaun tu bkn pihak bank yg setuju, yg berurusan sblm ni adalah agen. Lps tu kita jugak yg disalahkan kerana x dptkn surat yang sah dari bank sebelum buat bayaran. So skrg ni sori la gua nk layan agen pukimak macam korang ni k..

Korang semua ni penipu makan duit haram. Those yg kene ganggu lebih2 ngn agen ni, repot jer kat bank negara. Lg byk repot lg bgs supaya bnm x kuakan lesen pd company dorg ni. Siapa yg masih ada hutang, pegilah berunding dgn pihak bank terus ataupun pegi dekat AKPK. Kita ada hak sebagai pengguna. Hidup kita x perlu di kacau oleh agen agen sial ni. Aku harap hidup korang akan lebih merana lps ni. Ingatlah, sekarang mgkn korg bangga nak kaco dan kejar org, suatu hari nanti korg akan kene balasannya.

Sis, jangan takot, dorang ni auta jer. Sy pun penah dlm situasi seperti ini. Mereka ni saje nak gertak. Mmg, sy pun agak takot bila dia kata nak sita barang kat rumah, tp sis kene tahu, perintah mahkamah bukan semudah tu utk dikeluarkan. Lagipun kalau hutang bawah 30k, bank x boley bwk kes ke mahkamah. Ni agen pandai jer wat undang2 sendiri. Bertenang jer. Cara terbaik jgn layan no tepon yg x dikenali. Dorg ni dah dilatih untuk memainkan emosi kita.

Ok sis, first sy sarankan terus wat komplen kat bank negara, emel kan pada Bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my bg tau yang sis kene kacau dgn agen pengutip hutang ni. Kemudian buat juga laporan polis kerana dorg mendakwa nak dtg sita rumah. Lastly pegilah AKPK, mintak bantuan pihak AKPK utk berunding dgn bank bg penjadualan byrn balik pinjaman. Dengan AKPK, pihak bank x boley charge kita dengan interest yg tinggi, seterusnya bank xdpt nk byr komisyen pd agensi agensi pengutip hutang ni. Bila prkr ni berterusan pihak agensi ni akan berkubur.

So jgn takut yer sis.

hye it is actually a scam. today the same thing happened. and they are asking for my brother in law. A guy called to say that they are heading to a house to seal the property for wss (writ seizure and sale). When asked further, he asked to call his lawyer. I was not able to get the Plaintiff's name or the summons number. Weird.

Fortunately, i am a lawyer, so i called the so called lawyer's number, and she claimed her name as datin sharifah abdul aziz from zuri & associates. Checked the malaysian bar website, no lawyer with the name and the law firm does not exist.

So, be careful guys.

Jika mgalami dilema sila berfikir sejenak,  jikalau anda mdpt pnggilan dr no ini, kemungkinan anda adalah pminjm koperasi sb sy mgalami situasi yg sama... pd mulanya sy mmg mrh giler ttpi, akhirnya mngakui yg sy ada loan dikoperasi, at least sy tak kena BLACKLIST.. setelah mnjelaskn yg tertunggak. Hehe :)

Lain kali bayar hutang.. bodo!! Anak bayar jangan buat hutang..
