Just got the miss call from this number, i assume its from my CIMB Credit Crad centre.

To verify you can always call them back at CIMB Card Centre number at 03-6204 7788.
Ask them what number is 03-2723 9000, and they will tell you its CIMB Card calling you.....  

They should teach their people to leave messages or send card owners SMS messages instead.
Somehow, it would save everyone so much hassle....

They called me and claimed that im shortlisted to win ipad2. If they were from cimb, why did they ask for my ic no? Shouldnt cimb have all my particulars?

It's from CIMB Card Centre. I received 2 missed calls from this number and received sms from CIMB regarding credit card transaction. I don't have any credit card with CIMB then I called back only to realize they called and sent the sms to the wrong person.

Got a call from 0327239000, claiming that he is from CIMB credit card centre, but he was not able to tell me my name correctly. Only partly correct. I asked him to check my data in CIMB database, but he is still unable to identify me correctly. So I got suspicious and asked him to call me back later. After that I tried to call the number but always busy. So I called CIMB card centre, and they checked for me that the number is a valid CIMB card centre number, BUT they have never made that call. So I think this is a scam, where some smart alex somehow managed to call up people from another phone/internet but made it look like its coming from CIMB card centre. I have lodged a report with CIMB hoping that they will investigate this matter. So pls watch out...and be careful

thank god i didnt pick up this call or i'll end up being scammed! the reason i didnt pick up is that it will charged roaming coz im out of the country..hehehe..thank god for that! yeah stingy..

I think it is true, it is from CIMB credit card because i apply online and ask them to call me...hehehe

its actually cimb call center number where only permit outbound call and no inbound call
