CIMB called to confirm transaction when I made purchase from overseas.

Ni number is legit. Please answer. First I thought it was a scammer but turns out this is from CIMB bcs someone using my card to deduct their Bigo account. Cimb detected any suspicious transaction. I didnt realise then i open my “Message” from 68833 and my card already got deduct 9 times around rm20 i lost. So please answer the call and check your message.

This number say from CIMB. Want to approve transaction. Yes I have CIMB account but I know my transfer history and bank statement. Robot call. SPAM!!!

I received this call from CIMB. Just wanted to confirm on verification of transaction that I have made, which I booked hotels using my card in Japan.
