Set answer phone got message about some delivery with long strings of characters repeating itself apparently endlessly. Pulled plug third time round.

3 calls received from this number today - no message left. I am TPS registered, for what little that seems to be worth

I got a call from this number today while I was out of the office. Just listened to the 2min long voicemail, which is over 2mb big. :)

And of course going into voicemailthe menu options didn't work, regrdless how often they got repeated during that message. :)

Voicemails to our VoIP system get delivered by email hence I saw the size, lol.

Purports to be SMS message service, spouts on and on with seemingly random characters. Now worried as I pressed 1 to listen....will I have a charge on my bill I wonder ?

This number called at 7:02 AM. Silent call.

I received a call from this number today (4th March 2026) on my landline yet the previous messages about this number are dated from 2016! I did not answer but waited for the answerphone but the calls are also recorded on my laptop. An automated message said it was timed to read between 13th and 16th and gave the options of 1,2,3,4 as to whether you wanted to hear it or delete it etc. I did nothing but the message went on to read out a long 10 digit number and the message was repeated at least three times with the same  10 digit number  but also if I wanted to hear the message again to ring 03333446527 which I did not. I hardly receive actual calls on my landline let alone texts.

I reported this yesterday as I believed it was a scam but have more detais since then.This is a legitimate number that is passing on a text. I received a call from this number yesterday and my answerphone recorded it as well as my laptop. An automated English woman's voice  read out an 11 digit number and said that if I wanted to listen to the message to press 1 but I did not do this.  After a few seconds the message was read out by a different voice but I didn't understand much of what it was saying. Later in the day I found out that a relative had sent the text to my landline rather than my mobile and the long number was their mobile number and they confirmed the details of the text even though the automated voice didn't pronounce some of the words correctly. The advice is to stay silent, don't press any buttons and hopefully the message will be read out to you anyway.
