I also got the call... when i pick up they hung up... Then they did not call back... I think they play2 around only.. After we pick up then they stop.. if we did not pick up.. they will keep miss-calling u...

I Just received call from this number 2 days before asking wether I'm interested to add supplementary line with Min charge RM10/month. I agreed with the offer and yesterday I've recieved my new SIM card to be used for one of my family member..! Very fast action!

Today I called again that number 03-23809907 to ask another supplementary line for my maid (at 10:00 am) but unfortunately no body pick up. When I called Maxis TOLL FREE number, the Customer service
ask me to go direct to the Maxis center  to get new sim card for new line. Maxis Centre is just too far from my place. When I mentioned 03-23809907 number, the CS claimed they also not recgonized that number.

Funny... but I need the service.. again!

I also received call from this number...i tried to call back but no answer... I called 103 (directory) to get status for this number & the telephonist said, the number not register with them (telekom). i wonder where is this number from.

I do received calls twice from this no. call back kept ringing and hangs up no. busy
Next time if received calls from this no. i would not answer.

If you are Maxis postpaid costumer better contact your SP immediately and see your detail bill at ESP - External Service Provider. This no. will be charge into your monthly bill every month if you not aware.
I been experience this matter for incoming 3 month before I make official police report.

U should check back with maxis either ur number has been contacted by maxis or not coz maxis have a system to trace which staff has contacted u recently and u can ask the customer service about the package offer to, u also can make a compliant towards the staff becoz being unprofessional. I believe the staff who called you its a new staff. Call customer svc by dailled 123, ask them to check for u, gave them the date & time and possible if u know the staff name give to customer service, for your information the number that the staff use to call you is a hunting number customer unable to call back staff if you wanted to call the staff back u can call back at this number 03023809907 working hr Monday to Fri is 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm, just tell them who call u and what are the package offer to u. I hope with this explanation would change your point of view.

This number is a hunting number you are unable to call back this number, what you can do in future if you receive call from this number again just call 0302380990 or Maxis customer svc by dail 123 from ur phone tell them u r receiving phone call from their staff. Basically this call r about to offer you a Maxis product such as supplementary line, changing prepaid to postpaid, MNP port in and other services. Im hopping with this explanation will change of your point of view.

I got the same number calling my hp 3 times. I did answered all 3 times. But, no answer from the other side.

I got call from this number, the guy say he is from maxis and going to give me free rooming service without me paying RM300 deposit. lucky I didn't fax my passport over else I am doom .

Just got a call from them too, they were promoting maxis broadband for 48 a month n a free trial for 10 days. no delivery or service charges. i agreed. they said will send the modem within this week. they just asked for IC no and address. what can go wrong guys? please advice...
