mulitple calls from this number daily, it's just ridiculous that nothing is being done about it.

Yep - gettign calls from this number - no message. I am with vodaphone - but unsure if that is where it comes form.  I get similar calls from landlines that eventually end up being Allphones trying to sell me a new handset.

Me too, i get them while i'm in class, and in the middle of the night, it's getting ridiculous, i try calling back, but it says call rejected. Who is it!!!

Weelllll, I just called 1555 and told them to stop calling me. So we shall see. If I continue to get the calls I'll take the matter to the TCO. Sick of this crap.

I receive two to three calls a day from that number since a few days. When I pick up, it is silent - if I try to call back it always says "call rejected". I am also with a Vodaphone plan.... what a coincidence...

I have had a missed call from this number numerous times... I have picked up twice and there was no one there. I picked up today and a guy was saying that I am due to renew etc - but I renewed about 2 months ago so obviously he doesn't have his facts right...

I rang vodafone customer service and quoted this number and it is a one way (they call you only and you cannot call back) number used by their sales team usually near the end of the contract to make  you offers to renew  your contract.

Similar to their marketing emails that have no vodafone in the domain name anywhere vodafone seem insensitive to security conscious individuals who do not wish to be scammed!

Was getting a daily phone call from this number, picked up once to hear nothing on the other end and then they hung up. Googled the number, saw this thread, called Vodafone about it. Yes, according to them, it's Vodafone marketing.

Just call 1555/ the Vodafone 1800 number, speak to an operator about it, and they'll put in a request for this marketing number to stop calling you.

I recieved a call from this Phn no early today and they got partner who stated I was not there. When I called Vodofone (1555) to see what they wanted I was told that there were no notes on my file and they did not know what the call would be about..

I got a call from them a week ago but i didn't pick up. I texted them though asking who it was.
No answer.

I'm on Vodafone and my contract is ending at the end of this month

I have just picked up a call from them today - it is silent for a few seconds then someone answers (assuming this is because it is overseas).

The guy on the other line said he was from vodafone asked me my address and vodafone pin (I wasnt about to provide this info for no reason and asked what he wanted) he said because I have been such a loyal customer for many years that I am entitled to a new phone. I told him I wasnt interested.

I have been charged several times for having had outgoing calls to this number.I have never called this number in my life !!!!
I was charged  $2 for each call .I am not with vodafone.
I suppose this is a scam to be reported to the telecom regulator.
