Asked for quote for 2005 ford falcon their quote $3500 per year, definitely false advertising on their part, save money my a---.

Went on line to get car insurance quote (on-line Quote from Youi) they said it takes 4 minutes I told them not interested cancel application for quote as it was a online quote only not a sale pitch. They keep ringing me but I won't pick up, think Youi is a unprofessional company.
I guess I should have thought better considering there tv ads.

Youi!! All I did was to request a quote. Other than the quote being a good $500 more than Budget Direct, they are also serial pests. They have called me at least twice a day for the past two days!

dont deal with youi, too many questions to get a simple quote!

Tried to get a Home & Contents insurance quote on their website. Put in all my details only to get told I'm a "preferred customer" and they will have someone ring me. I'm not answering, but doesn't stop them trying 2-3 times a day.

Even got a text advising I need to contact them "urgently" regarding my home insurance.

Never even got my quote...

Been getting messages from this company for insurance premiums on a vehicle that I don't even have so I replied to their text telling them not to message, so they decided to call, let it ring once and then they hang up before I answered

YOUI 40% more expensive on vehicle insurance and 30% more expensive on house and contents. Gimmicks like Youi Rewards, policy bundling, crazy excesses to reduce policy cost ($2500!) but bottom line is that the policy costs are much higher than other companies. Someone has to pay for the deluge of rose-tintedTV ads I guess! Just not me.

I don't even have a license let alone a car yet they call me AND text from a mobile saying that my policy is unpaid for not one make of car BUT FOUR different makes! They have been told MULTIPLE times to not call me as my number is a NEW number and only my daughter has it but they still do.

Tried to get a quote online, went through the whole process of entering my details and was told at the end that somebody would call me!  If I wanted to speak to somebody I would have called THEM in the first place.  Then somebody sent the quote via text message, which was $220 MORE than the quote I went with.  Even after that they kept phoning me every couple of hours until I blocked the number..

YouI car insurance over priced and ask a lot of questions. Have u been charged with fraud or theft or bla bla. Then gave me an agreed price worth half the price of my car after a 40 min callwhile assuring me i wasnt wasting his time. But if he told me the prices with less [***] questions id have saved my time

This is happening to me as well. Why not make their prices cheaper and get rid of those phone calls because the phone guy was like asking me questions i could be answering online like wtf..

Youi insurance?? What happened to their privacy policy? LIARS. I had only just hung up from customer service at YOUI for amendments to my policy when I got this call. 3.30pm today & now at  7.40pm. YOUI Privacy Policy is a lie

I don't answer my phone any more. I am looking at buying a house and car and trying to compare insurances. Youi are so annoying that you cant get quotes on line like everybody else.  We have crap mobile coverage and it is too hard to spend hours talking to someone.

Youi dogs 1 year later sending me a fictitious renewal the next year after a quote when I was shopping around. I went elsewhere as they were not competitive! and then they spam me with there email the next year without a REMOVE ME link thinking I might sign up ! And after I reply and request a removal they want ring and harasses me further dog tatics YOUI

Exactly, you do online so you don’t have to talk to someone lol! Last week they called me several times and then texted me to find out when they should call again, I replied and said I’d gone with another company then they’ve just called me yet again! I think since I got the quote they’ve called me over 10 times. Why would you want to go with a company that harassed you? 🙄
