Received a couple of missed calls from these, answered one to an asian man saying he was from O2 so I put the phone down, just received another one picked up the phone and they hung up.

i wish to know why you are calling my private number?

keep getting calls from this number so i googled it and found this site. how do we stop them?

yeah, i got a call from this number. and i let it ring till voicemail, but they rang me 6 times more. so i answered it, and they put the phone down straight away.

I just had this call and its time we take action against these company's who want to rip us off

had about enough of this number ringing me it seems to be every morning around 10 ish. i didnt realise it rang this many people. ive never answered yet but i wouldnt as it takes your credit apparently its a scam.  so be aware!

Getting bored of this now.  Reading this it makes sense as the calls have all come since I had my upgrade.  I upgraded via another company instead of direct with O2.  That was at least 3 weeks ago.  Please leave me alone!

Got a call just now on my home landline number, 1471 replied with 08000641087, googled it and ended up here, no one spoke when I answered, awaiting the next call so I can tell them bluntly where to f*** o** too :) they usually wont call again after you give them abuse, and they cannot do anything about it as they are breaking the law anyway :) so give them any abuse you like, sooner or later they will realise we wont stand for this and hopefully quite contacting us randomely.

My mobile is on contract to my employer through O2. Got a nuisance call of this number today.  Call centre, lots of noise in the background. I didn't answer with my name as I didn't recognise the number, they put the phone down.

If you have an Andriod phone just do what I do.  Save this number as a contact, then go into the contacts menu and chose the new 0800 contact you have just saved.  Click on the button that says "additional information" and at the bottom of the section there is an option that says "Divert Call To Voicemail".  Click on this and the annoying people will be sent to your voicemail.  They never leave a message anyway, and you will not get annoyed by constant ringing.  Thats how I get rid of people like that.

Was left several messages on my skype in number - no actual messages just office backbround noises.

I believe my number is ex-directory - very strange.

Getting calls from this number everyday!  Sooooooo annoying!!

Im getting seriously fed up with these constant calls! have just posted 3 messages on this site for 3 different numbers that have called me in the space of an hour, 2 on my land line and this one on my mobile! I never answer them, if its important they can leave a message... which they never do!

I have received a call from this number claiming they were from o2 trying to sell me insurance for my phone. This is not from o2 and it is a scam! I called o2 and they advised the would not call to ask about adding insurance on they would advise you in store or over the phone when upgrading your phone but then would not call you afterwards about this. Don't answer the calls and report it to your phone company as soon as possible
