Called from this number on my iPhone today 06 Jan 2012.  Dead line when I answered.

i picked up the phone thinking it was a friend, ive never had a 0800 number before, the man was very friendly! we where having a chat! and then knew i was on top up, £10 a month and everything it was weird! he knew my name. but i thought he was o2 so i gave him my address. BUT he said he couldn't offer me anything more than the pay as you go i was receiving at the current moment. they called me again just recently, haven't got a call since!

i think it's ok, as long as you don't give any serious details out like bank details and things!

I think it's a robot or maybe he thinks you're a madam :)

This number keeps ringing my Mum's phone and leaving voicemail messages. She deletes the messages without listening to them but they just leave another. Very annoying.

I kinda like these calls,...

so the longest conversation, where he did not understand a word i was saying was for 5.35 min.
than he hung up,...
probably he s still getting his bonus for having such a long phone call.
but at least i am getting a bit of fun out of these stupide phone  calls aswell.

Just had a call from this number. I was a bit evasive and basically said I was ok with my handset etc. No big drama, just a pain in the butt if you are busy doing something else.

I've been called twice by this number today! First time was just as I was finishing lunch and the second time I answered, only to have a dead line >:( If they call me again and I'm next to a computer, I am SO Rick Rolling them!

A lady claiming she was from 02 asked for me by my first name, then she asked how I was. She then went on to say she was rnging to see if she could get me a better pay as you go deal.  She then asked me how much I topped up each much.  I question her asking her again was she from O2 as if she was she would know how much I topped up.  She hung up on me.  Yeah so much for O2 never selling your details. Liar springs to mind and I do hate liars. 08000136671.

Ringing O2 now, they have said it's a marketing company connected with O2 and they will ring me.  I said I am very annoyed they have sold my details to such a company  even when I should have a block of no telemarketing calls from O2 or other companies.  O2 said that it is linked with my account but will make a note on my screen.  Then my daughter (12 years) and my son (9years) have both said they are phoning them too.  My son said he has switched his phone off as he's sick of the calls from strangers.  But my daughter got into trouble at school as they have rang her over 6 times today and she has asked them to stop.  The response was as she is under 18 she cant stop them calling.  Just waiting for O2 to come up with some [***] and bull story or a plan.

I've recently had 5 calls off this number everyday...I never answer as I don't answer calls from numbers i don't recognise and I dont give my
Number out...also apparently according to here and another few websites it's o2? Ive never even been with them...:s..where can i complain?

Got a call from this number and when I answered they said this is a message from o2, please note this call will be charged... then said it has not been possible to connect your call ....

I am Carl Smith reporting that I keep getting phone calls from an unknown number which is 08000641087, I would seriously like to know who it is and for someone to tell them to stop calling me as I am rejecting every phone call, I am sorry the call company is unknown as it is an unknown number, but this is a threat to who ever is calling me as I am sick of it.

is it a wrong number or do you mean to call me

im 16, and for the past three day they have kept calling me, Tuesday they rang me three times, Wednesday they called me twice and today they called me twice. I don't answer to 08000 numbers because I do not recognize them. They won't stop harassing me either!!
