had a very persistant american guy on the phone claiming to be from 02. had all the details from my phone and was very good at having an answer for everything. Didn't think i was gulible but he pulled the wool over my eyes. Cant get over how much detail he knew

this number is calling  as early as 8.05 am until 8.45pm

Now calling to my mobile phone Grrrrrr....

I am sick to death of this number continually calling me, they leave no name and no message. Don't know who this number belongs to

just recieved a call from this number which i answered but i did not talk , no1 spoke to me hung up from their end after 40seconds

I am sick get colded calls frm this company called LBM Direct Marketing on 0800641087 I just wish they wld stop ring me and if they don't I'm thinking of changing my no again.
Can any 1 plse give me some advice on this matter and I thinking of wiriting to Ofcom in Northern Ireland as they have called me on these dates 11/2/13-13/2/13-14/2/13.

I can't believe there are 59 pages of people being harassed by this number...what is being done about it? I have been called 3 times by them. They want to know my name and where I am...??? I'd be very suspicious.

i got a call from this a couple of days ago saying from o2..started saying all the details they knew so i didnt think anything of it.  and offer sounded ok, but but i didnt have time to talk.
since then they have called me 3 times a day for the past 4 days..

freaked out now i know its not really o2 that has all my info :(

This number rang me and went dead when I picked it up.  These types of calls need to be blocked properly.  My number is already registered with the Telephone Preference Service and has been for over 8 months.

Its not your network or LBM thats to blame. LBM use an automatic dialer so they do not know who they're calling until you answer the call.

With all the 'how did they get my number' comments, thats easy! I've worked in marketing in the past. Its when you fill in ANY online form you have to tick the box and agree to the terms and conditions. Many people dont read the terms and conditions and it WILL say that they will pass your details on to selected companies.

And lastly, Every telesales agent is there to earn a living and feed their families, They're not robots. Best thing to do is listen to them and if your not interested then tell them, otherwise your number just gets fed back into the system  and the system will randomly call you back.

Send an email to enquiries@lbm.co.uk informing them that you charge £100 per minute of you time. If they wish to call you, this will be the charged amount.  And ask them for a billing address where you can send them the bill. See how many calls you get after this!

Keep getting calls from this number while I am at work which is really annoying

I have been getting these calls for a week now, it's really annoying me, I've been in school so I haven't had time to answer or ring back. Normally an 0800 caller is a business and won't call you more than once unless completely necessary, but they have rung me 5 times in 4 days and it's starting to get on my nerves so I'm trying to find a way to.stop it but I can't! Help!

Some people are saying that this number is calls from a business working with o2, Vodafone, and Orange, but I'm getting them and I'm with 3 so Im really confused! Does anyone know why I'm getting them?

By yourself.. It's that easy.

Your on 3 and I can pretty much guarantee that in 3's terms and conditions it will say that they will pass your details on to a Third party. Or if your online and you type in your details they will then be passed on to a third party.

How can they get your details if you don't actually give them out or give consent to give them out?

By ignoring the call or hanging up on the call will make it worse because the system will recognise that you haven't answered or you have hung up and will feed your number back into the system

There ring me but when I pick it up and sad hello there put it down on me I was like who was that but there not ring me bk or anything hmmm that was about 3 days a go now

Received a call from Patricia who states she is from O2 asked for bank details and other personal details - said I could get cheaper calls etc
