Had numerous calls from these clowns over the past few days. Just answered it today and he said was from O2. Asked where he got my number from and he cut me off.

I had a call from the same number today - but when I answered they hung up!

I know of LBM...in fact worked for them a long time ago. To say they are a bunch of cowboys is a huge understatement.

If want to complain or better still you fancy harassing them for a change these are a few handy numbers:-

The people who work there really couldn't give 2 craps that you ask them to take you off the call list...in fact i know that several times people were repeatedly called because they were asked to be removed from there lists.

I have been called by this number several times over the past week, luckily Ive missed the calls.  Im with 3, no idea how they got my number, but they keep calling when I am at work.  Its getting highly irritating.

I have been getting calls from this number for the last few weeks, it was only today I decided to answer and they hung up?

After receiving a number of calls from this nuisance no 02920368797 I am now getting calls from this 0800 number. I never answer the calls and after a while they give up.

Had this number call over past couple of days, not answered it though as I noticed it was 0800 number, wasters.

Just had a 'return' call from James on behalf of 02, from this number.... when I asked him when I had called he said it was within the last week.... advised him that I thought that was very unlikely... his next question was if I was an 02 customer... told him that  if he was calling from 02 he should know whether I was or wasnt one of their customers... I then advised him that I was terminating the call

Received a call from this number earlier today - didn't answer, but figured I'd see who it was so put it in google and ended up here. After reading the comments, I am anticipating more calls to follow. Thanks for all the info, it'll be interesting to see how they respond when I tell them they're not calling from O2 or orange etc, but LBM. Bet that's not in their scripts.

This number rang me apparently on behalf of O2. Wanted to give me a better contract and kept harassing me until I answered and wouldn't leave me alone!!  Don't take 'no' for an answer.

I just recieved a call from this number , i didnt answer it bcoz i couldnt b bothered to listen to their "offers" and im on 3 aswell!!

I've had a number of missed calls from this number but have just successfully answered it. A guy correctly asked me if I was who I was, said he was 'calling on behalf of ....' then he was cutoff! Not by me I hasten to add. V strange. I'm with t-mobile btw.

I CAN'T believe they calling me constantly during my exams...cr*p!!

This number has rung me 8 times in an hour, I leave my phne on incase of emergencies and its BLOODY IRRITATING. Any way I have had calls for the past three days and haven't answered and this time they left me a voicemail. Hello it that mis ---, i am calling on behalf of your network provider, just to say we will call back at one so would be much appreciated if you would actually pick up your phone! what a tosser! thanks 4 the warning!

hi, we are all doing this wrong. We can stick it to em!!!!! When they ring accept the call! Put your phone down but dont hang up! It will cost them a fortune, go bust and then leave us all alone.!!!!!!!

I'm panicking like mad. I answered a call from this number and spoke to what seemed like a friendly guy from northern ireland saying he was from O2. He asked what phone and package i use and said that 02 could have a better package for me. I said i would consider it and he asked for my contact details so he could feed me information regarding the package. I stupidly without thinking gave him my date of birth and address when he asked. He then asked what bank i used and asked for my sort code. At this point i asked why does he need this, he said to set up a direct debit and i told him that again that i said i would consider the package but I'm not going to give him my bank details. That is when i hung up.  Any advice about my situation and what i could do would be of the utmost help as i'm really scared about the information he has of me.

i received this 08000 number and you all guys seem to reference it as a hoax regarding O2 network. However, I am on T-mobile and have been for over 2 years, so it looks like they are using other products to scam with!

im gettign calls off it, just added it to block list

Just got a call from this number too.
Googled it and came to this message board.
I called it on my landline (using a prefix of 141 to hide my number) and yes it is O2. I belong to T Mobile.
How on earth do they get other numbers?
