I refused to buy their insurance recently on the 19th Feb when they admitted that they only pay out on theft if you are mugged etc. I had a phone pinched before and even got a crime number but the insurers wouldnt pay up as it was taken from my desk when I was not looking rather than being hit by someone that I saw. (perhaps not the same company though)
They just phoned again today 26th as if I would have changed my mind in a week.

Just bought a 3 phone and have been called about 8 times over the past few days - although never anyone there when you answer. Googled the number and tried to call the number (0800 197 6090)mentioned above, but got a message saying that despite it being an 0800 number - they would charge for the call!!!

Some indian person on the other end trying to sell me insurance told him i didnt want it and hung up about two hours later an indian man called again asking if i would like insurance these people are driving me insane!

I was asked to call 08001976090 if I did not want to receive any further calls from this number. I don't know if it works as I have not tried the given number yet.

So random... Why are they calling?

I rang back and heard this call will be charged at normal rate even tho it is a free phone number so I just hung up and didn't bother...

Since changing to 3 I have had calls from this number on average 5 to 6 times a day for two weeks. Three Help line made no Difference, neither did TPSonline. I have just registered with Silent Callgard today. However this site now gives me hope of resolving this annoyance.

I have just called 08456743333. This No. given to me by the 3 Shop. They take you to a real live person, if you ignore all the key in options, and within seconds arranged to have my number removed from the insurance hot line.  Well time will tell !!

Called me 2x wondered who it was!!! Also on 3

08001976088 has called me seven times in three days, I have been a customer with 3 for four years, and have just renewed my contract (about five days ago), but never had this number ever call me before...

So I was just eating my tea with my husband and decided to answer in a heavy and ridiculous chinese accent, and the caller (after several attempts to ask me 'how are you today'- a mandatory cold calling line) put the phone down.

Hopefully she will mark 'weirdo' next to my name and they won't call me again.

.. i hope...

Just had about 20 phonecalls from them in the last three days and they never ring long enough for me to answer the call. I have been with three mobile now for three years and this is the first time it has happened. 3 has just sold me a new contract. I find it really irritating that they are trying to sell insurance this way instead of actually talking to people and asking them if they actually want their insurance.

I got a call today and answered straight away.  There was a lad on the line with a liverpool accent.  He was asking me all about my new n95 and if i liked it.  Then he started to read out a speach which sounded like insurance.  Told him I did want it and he was quite rude asking me what I would do without my phone and that it was worth loads more than my old phones which I said I would use if mine broke.  When I said no he just hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number on my mobile if you answer the line is dead they have rung me about 13 to 14 times and guess whart im on three also

how can i stop this number callin me... they seem to kno all of my details... scary!!

also with 3 and this number rings me all the time, phoned 08001976090 and asked to be reomved from their calling list. "no problem" the man said, will wait and see.

my mum's been with 3 for years and this has never happened before, when i got a new contract from them all of a sudden they start calling me at least once a day. Im really getting peed off with these calls and wish they would stop!!
