    i've been called by this number twice and would like to know how they have got my number and why they are calling. does anyone know who it is calling?

    yes, this number will be 3! I am on 3... it calls me often, trying to sell me broadband... if you don't want broadband.. don't answer!!!

    been with 3 for 2 years now. jus upgraded me phone. Now this number keeps ringing me. phoned me nine times yesterday adn 6 times already today. dont they get the hint? answered once today, but no one answers.

    I have called 0800 197 6090 to get removed from the list but I have had 12 calles since Tuesday when I asked to be removed so that does not work - I had the same problem with this company this time last year and emailed 3 to complain and said I would report them for harassment if they didn't do something about it as that company is acting on their behalf and the calls stopped until about 4 weeks ago so am going to have to contact 3 again.

    Just wanted to update that I have now emailed Lifestyle Services Group and 3 Customer Services info@lifestylegroup.co.uk, customerservice@3mail.com and said I am reporting them to Ofcom as I have mead my mobile bumnber previously telephone preference listed (which you can register free here for http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/ctps/number_type.html) if you are registered and inform them of this it is against the law for them to keep calling you hence I am reporting to Ofcom, but as I recall sending the email and asking 3 to act as well as the calls are on their behalf and they have passed my number on was the only way to get these calls stopped last year.

    Had enough of the silent calls after 2 weeks - Googled the number on the off-chance and found this site. Have rung up the number suggested and have been told by the standard lovely girl that my number will be removed within 48 hours. I have only been called since upgrading my month 2 months ago, and have been with 3 2 years prior to this.

    8 silent calls today alone from my network provider (3), they had better stop, or I'm shifting networks. I'm out of contract and think this is an abismal way of treating customers. Tried phoning the customer care number, (0800 197 6090)due to "unavoidable circumstances" unable to accept the call at this time. Typical!

    I've been on 3 for 18 months and started receiving these calls after i upgraded. They call at least twice a day but as i don't answer numbers i don't recognise have never found out who it was. Will answer when they call this afternoon - i know they will! - and tell them where to go

    I upgraded (network 3) about a month ago and they started calling me out of the blue. They won't get the hint.. 7 times in the last 2-3 days. Grr! I don't want their beeping insurance.. I told the guy I didn't want it in the 3 store!
