Just had two calls from this number over two weeks, so one call a week isn't bad unlike some of you! I don't answer cos i've just changed to three & haven't given my number out as freely as I once did so I knew it well dodgy to say the least.
Why don't they just get the message that this type of pushy selling just doesn't work, quite the opposite it just makes people less likely to buy the product they are pushing.
Suprise suprise i'm also on 3.

Ahh excellent. I was wondering who's been calling me and this thread has cleared it up nicely.

I think I shall keep answering until I actually get a person on the line. Then I shall blow a big raspberry down the phone at them, hang up and call the number to get me off their list.

That'll learn 'em.

Glad - or rather sorry - to see I'm not the only one getting this rubbish.  I just signed up with 3, and I've had this number call me twice today.  When this phone contract is up for renewal, this is the kind of rubbish I'm going to remember.  Every time I get one of these calls, I'm going to lower the amount I am willing to renew my contract for. :-D

Called this number and spoke to a nice girl who said she would remove my details. She explained Silent calls an issue aware of and sorting. I have had no more calls since. BRILLIANT.
Free on House phone or Pay phone... Spose like roaming charges and can't be from Mobile

when i answered they just hung up, now they just one bell me....

On another phone, they actually answerd, they were trying to sell phone insurence on behalf of 3, I said no and they were forcefully trying to get me to bite.
  WASTE OF MONEY and a waste of my time...

They need to sort their phone system out and stop Bagering people..

The calls alarmed me but I am now fine as I have seen they are from 3 network. They need to work on the autodialler that hangs up without saying a word. That really puts people off. Someone should be on hand to speak whenever a number is dialled.

this is insurence for 3 and this will happen for all new contracts until you either decline or ask costomer sevices to stop it.

i am also a 3 customer( well, his son at least) and have had this happen to me.

i have recieved a missed call from this number, but did not answer it.
i also recently had a call from a 0161 number and had a lot of hassel with them trying to open an account for a phone.
its was a compnay pretending to be 3, but were a company called BMS. they tried to set up a phone account and charge me £45 a  month for 12 months!!i managed to cancel it after a lot of stress and threats from them.
DO NOT ANSWER FROM ANY NUMBER YOU DO NOT RECOGINSE!!!

had at least four calls since upgrading my 3 package last month, im a lorry driver and i really dont need the same number bothering me non stop, i dont mind if someone is prepared to leave a message and explain the strange call but i cant be bothered with numbers that call like this,there never going to get hold of me thats a fact!

Mystery solved, they have called me several times but don't answer me when I catch the call in time. You guessed it though, I am also with 3, I have just taken on one of their mobile modems so may be it's associated with that too as I have been with 3 for years and never had these calls till now.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO CANCEL GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, THINK ABOUT IT. CALL 333 FROM YOUR 3 PHONE OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET CHARGED AND 3 ARE LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK (BECAUSE 0800 NUMBERS ARE NOT FREE FROM MOBILES).  DO NOT CALL THE FREEPHONE NUMBER UNLESS YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR 3 PHONE!!!

I have only had my 3 phone for 4 days and they have called me about 6 times. it is really irritating cause i work nights and they call at about 2pm every day!!! I'm Trying to sleep!!!!!

Yeah theyve phoned me 4 times today, this is actually shocking how many people theyve phoned and not answered or tried to sell insurance to. I was looking for a job a while ago but made sure it wasnt one where i made outbound phonecalls, i couldnt do it! URGH

So glad I found this site!  I've been plagued with calls from this number! Called the number given above and hopefully they will stop now. Many thanks.

just called the number for removal as listed above 08001976090 spoke to a lovely girl on the phone and she has scheduled me for removal from the 3 cover line!

she did warn me it can take up to 48 hours but usually processed within a couple . thanks :)

I recieved a call from this number twice today, and I'm with 3 aswell.

I recieved many calls from the same number, when i answered them they disconnect the line.

The phone went late morning when I was away from the phone.  checked out the number online before

I have been aclled by these people at least 20 times and the first time i just got a feeling not to pick up good job too i hate it when youve bought an expensive phone and they still want you to buy more stuff. I am also on 3.
