just had the early morning wake up call as usual from them. already told them i'm a night worker and not to ring.
I have a dd going out for them and it should have already gone out not my fault they are not that bright to work that one out lol

Yes this number is Capital One, I am late paying them just £12.00 so I have been receiving up to 8 - 10 calls on my mobile and 3 -4 calls on my land line each day!
I am sending them a warning letter for  telephone harrasment.

repeated  calls from phillipines, despite we telling them i'm reporting to O.F.T. and they should speak to their principals and remove my phone numbers from their system., as i am in dispute and writing to them.

This number calls us several times a day and often don't reply when you answer the phone - when they do they speak very bad English, sounds like they are from Thailand/Phillipines. That's what I was told by a relative in Australia, apparently asian call centres are making real pests of themselves these days down under. My sister blew a whistle down the line at one persistant caller and she has had no trouble since.

I have calls all the time even though I`ve paid them.This time when they phoned me I had a MOO sound on the answer machine.I guess they want to milk the COW.

This is definitely Capital 1.  I called them back and shouted at them and was put on hold!!!!!!
as it's an 0800 I suggest that you just cal them back and waste their money...

I have called cap 1 and told them I will advise my local MP and I have done so...
I advise you to contact your local MP to stop this abuse...

Hubby has taken the little ones out so I could get a lie in on Mothers Day.    These idiots have just spoiled it by ringing and waking me and then hanging up :o(((

Call answered  - very long silence - then obviously foreign call centre - asked for clasrification who she was - said Capital One - then long silence again -- I said so who are you and then she just hung up.   Dont they teach anything !!!

Keep getting a phone call from them too. I've paid my bill but their problem is I won't set up a direct debit so every month they call me, I'm sure its to make sure I pay. I get text messages too. I have a payee thing set up on my bank account so it does the amount I want when I say. They know this but they still hound me.

I have recieved a call from the above telephone number twice in 2 days asking for someone I have never heard of, i have asked them to take the number from their database but to no avail!!!!!

these idiots called my home phone 15-20 times a day everytime my wife answered and tried to explain who she was they put the phone down on her, i have sent a letter of complaint and shouted and sworn down the phone to them but they dont understand a word of english. i wouldn't mind but i tried to set up a direct debit but they didnt do it when i tried the following month they had no record i had tried and wouldnt do it. bunch of pillocks let them call again see what happens !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are capital one calling from india - They do my head in to . I am a customer with them and because of a [***] up on their part they expect me to pay triple minimum payment a month for a £200 credit card limit. Its daylight robbery and a con !!!!. They ring me upto 4 times a day.

capital one have rung me at home and now at work,i never gave them my works number,what can i do!

I just called to activate my new Capital One card and their automated system passed me onto a person based I presume in India. He said he can and would stop the calls but that they hadn't recieved a payment. He told me that he couldn't say which call centre the calls were coming from as they have call centres all over the world. My view is that anybody who owes any money to Capital One, if they don't mind paying an additional charge, may do as I intend to do and withold payment for a month i the hope that Capital One collapses because I have had enough of these monkeys -all they need to do is send an email or a letter instead of constantly bombarding me with calls on every telephone line I have scaring and worrying my family and causing me distress.

THIS COMPANY RING YOU 30 TIMES A DAY THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE AND DONT LISTEN TO YOU HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WOTH OFCOM

its against the law for them to ring your place of work, get some legal advice

They are calling me non stop..  I owe them money but am sorting it out.Noone in the call centre ever speaks English I am going to put in a written complaint.
