I got a call today from this number but didnt pick it up. I have also been getting constant calls from 08452453200 Which is a scam

Maybe both numbers are of the same origin

this number has rung me for the last 3 days not leaving a message

I am getting calls from this number after porting my number over a year ago from Vodafone. there is no escape from them. Leave me alone. it's over, now get over it.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER FOR OVER A YEAR, SOMETIMES A FEW TIMES A DAY AND SOMETIMES NOTHING FOR A WEEK OR SO.
HOW CAN I BLOCK IT.  THERE IS NO-ONE ON THE OTHER END AND IT IS DRIVING ME MAD

Been called the last two days while in class - I'm a teacher and keeping my phone on due to a sick relative/for family emergencies.  I'm not allowed to take calls at work so have not answered when I saw it wasn't a family member.

i get this No every now and then     when i pick up no one there???????scam?????

Some people really don't have much sense.  If you've been getting these calls for over a year, why not answer it?  It's an upselling call from Vodafone, they're in a call centre that auto-dials so when the person answers the phone, it takes a few seconds for the Vodafone operative to be connected in on the call.  I used to work in a call centre with a similar system and all it means is that you need to answer it and wait a few seconds.

Do this, speak to the operative, tell them you're not interested (if you're not) and they'll take you off their calling list.

I have had several calls from this number and do not know who they are from. Can I block this number?

This is vodafone sales trying to get you to buy or upgrade........I rang vodafone and they confirmed it......

Claims to be from Vodafone re: customer services (caller said he was offering promotions, deals, etc).
There was no silent treatment, although I have heard of it for others.
Seemed legit - when I mentioned my address was old, he simply advised me to call 191 and have them update it for me.
Really irritated with the frequency and times of the calls. I got called 3 times between half 8 and half 9 this morning!

Had 10 calls in 7 days, no one speaks so after third ignored them. I'm with vodaphone, have been for years, so why not write to me or have they forgotten what pen and paper is for.

The reason that no-one speak on these calls is that Vodafone (or more likely one of their outsourced call centres) are using a predictive dialler that makes more calls than there are available agents to deal with. This contravenes OFCOM regulations and if you guys want this to stop then you have to contact OFCOM via their website and give themthe details of the number you were called from, how many times it happens, the fact that the call is silent when you answer. The are BIG fines for companies that use predictive dialler in this way as they have to prove that there were no more than 3% of calls picked up where there was not an agent free to be connected to it. I am in the business so I know what I am talking about.

Feel free to contact OFCOM and have them hit Vodafone with a huge fine (now something like £50K per transgression). They'll soon stop doing it.

a lady called me with this number 08080011101 today saying she is calling from vodafone and requested for my personal details which I refuse to give her and she cut the phone... I think she is a fraud, because if she is truly from Vodafone why ask for my details? Because I am on contract I expect her to have my details if truly she works with Vodafone. My conclusion is she is a fraud..

I fed up with these people calling me.  They dont say anything at first to make you hold, then they ask you for your account details.  Why

At 09:50 this morning 0808 001 1101 appeared on my mobile screen as an incoming call, but when I tried to answer it, "Not allowed" appeared on the screen.
I'm with Vodafone, so why, if they're calling me, will they not permit me to answer one of their calls???

this is from vodafone but I am not sure its legit....i enquired on the side bar of my page on facebook. When the person rang me he was persistent and didnt seem genuine.

Does anyone know which call centre this is? or where it is?

Just had a missed call from them, rang back and was an automated call from vodafone.
Im with vodafone on contract, my bill is paid, my upgrades not due til november.. so why call? Hmmm!

This number keeps calling me, I'm not happy about it.
If it is the Vodaphone sales team, they should know that I have recently had a new phone / contract review plus don't they realise that I will call them if I want anything, and I will not be pressured into buying anything I do not want or need!!!!!
