- Katy replies to FrancoHi Franco, absolutely agree. Hopefully Trading Standards are, as we speak, looking in to them.
The feeling amongst some of us is that legislation needs changing in order for this fine line of legality they're treading to be slashed.
If you're tangled up with them please have a look at the other thread (link in my post above), there's a lot of advice and support there and we need to gather together as a group for strength. - Deb| 1 replyHave had two phone calls today and each time they just hang up, have had a call from them previously who asked if they could speak to my daughter about sky as she is the main payer (which she is not) she is only 18 years old and lives with me and my husband. My son in law grabbed the phone of her and they got very verbal. Harassment from this people needs to be solved!

Hi Deb, if you have any further problems with them have a look at the other thread - link above, it's long but worth reading through as it will give you the names and numbers of the agencies you need to contact - the more of us that do the more the likelihood of them being stopped.

- Nan replies to kelly tew| 1 replyIf they have your bank details, watch out. it might be worth contacting your bank to ensure that this com pany cannot withdraw any money. If it is your card details, it might be worth cancelling your card.
- Katy replies to NanKelly please take Nan's advice about your bank card. This company are under investigation but obviously are still using the same old tactics.

- JanI had a call from this number today. The caller, " Daniel " said that he was 'phoning from a company called, " Digi-protect," I think. He said that the warranty on our satellite system had expired. When I started to say that this was incorrect he rudely hung up. I felt particularly aggrieved as I had just run up two flights of stairs to answer the 'phone.
- Caller: Dige-protect ( I think )

I was called by this company yesterday saying that the warrenty had expired. Just so that you know and don't worry! It's not a scam but appreciate it can be a nusiance. Also the phone rang and was silent for the first few seconds - they ring lots of people at once and then whoever picks up, they have to connect to.....that's why the silence is there! :o)

- S & JNuisance/Dropped calls received from 0844 879 9799 three times a day for the last three weeks, dropping the call every time it is answered. These guys need to be reported to OFCOM/OFTEL. I rang them back and spoke to a disgustingly rude person who told me he will "tell me for the last time, they have a problem with their auto dialling machine". This is extremely annoying and unacceptable. the laws for cold calling/dropped calls needs to change. Our numbers are too freely available for abuse.
When questioned, the person revealed the company was Sampora, selling insurance?? - Avoid these calls at costs.- Caller: 0844 879 9799
- elspethemailed sampora 15 nov to cancel policy which i never received and found they had withdrawn ano other 31.95 out of bank account without any permission surely this is fraud Needless to say no reply to email
