This lot keep ringing or texting to tell me about some bills online or something, haven't had an account with them for 4 years. O2 are complete muppets!!

I received two txt about an unpaid and overdue bill, and to pay to avoid not being able to use my mobile.

I pay by direct debit, and all the bills have been paid!!!

If I call the number back, a record asks me all my card details, of course..

Sender: O2:UK

The message says: 'Just to let you know you mobile bill's overdue. To keep using t please call 08448471427 to talk about it (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri).'

who call me?

These are complete Charlatans, fools, hoodwinked me into purchasing a portable speaking device some months ago. It never works.

Scammers, do not call back or pay.

They text me saying I owe £73 in unpaid bills and to avoid not being able to use my mobile phone I should call and pay. So I rang my service provider orange and I haven't got any unpaid bills!? Strange. I didn't call the number.

what a bunch of tools I got this I called o2 checked and it is the o2 number for paying your bill.

I then dbl checked by checking the 02 web site (took about 30 seconds) and it shows the number there 2. maybe check you have the money in your account and you wont get this number calling you.

I am getting calls from this lot now, who claim to be O2 but are not.  Have been getting hundreds of calls from an 01702 number previously butthey seem to have switched scams!

It is O2, I know when I forget to pay n they send a nice little text n then this number keeps calling. I'm never ready to pay when they call so a simple call to 202 from my mobile n sorted. This isn't a scam n frustrating when people say they are to everything cos then we never end up knowing which ones really are scams!

Didn't answer I never answer numbers I dont know ever... they never leave a message ... and call loads of times in a day

Definitely O2 payment line, if your direct debit bounces, they cancel it then call you from this number to arrange payment of your oustanding bill. This will hapopen every month until you call them and reset up your direct debit.

just had a call from this number and thought id google before i answered.

i am with o2 and until this morning had unpaid bills which are sorted and the direct debits re-set up.

don't know why they are calling me now though i've paid up and i'm totally up to date.

Bloody muppets O2 - they call you from this number to try to get you to call back and pay your bill. You can call them FREE on 202 so why would you call a premium rate line and hold on for 20 mins while you get to the right option on their stupid automated system.

When I did get through to 202, the automated pay system doesn't work properly, it wouldn't recognise my card number. It's a Lloyds TSB debit card, how can that not be recognised?

One day these companies will get the message and realise customers want to talk to human beings in the UK, not in Calcutta or Manila to make payments and solve their problems.

Stop outsourcing jobs abroad O2, employ British people and stop conning customers to call at premium rates.

It's O2, they always call me from this number when my bills over due.  Even though it's an 0844, o2 do not charge for you to call this number from your mobile.

They calling me lots of times each day, and when I called them back they said I have £70 bill overdue. But I don't, so I just blacklisted them.

Well I really don't feel you can insult anyone by calling them fools, when you are working in such a low level role, professionally begging for money ...possibly on NMW.

It is o2, I have a contract with them, & set direct debit up with them to pay for my bills. They only ever get in contact with me, when the money for my bill isnt in the bank on the day its supposed to come out. If this happens, you have to ring them up to pay for it x

they say i have a overdue bill but it was taken out on the 2nd of the month, i saw it come out? i just ignore them and i still can make calls and texts? wtf

just a reminder from o2 to pay your bill.  my bill is issued 7th of each month to pay by 22nd.  if not paid by that date i get the automated calls and texts to remind me to pay. i pay at the end of the month when  im paid.  its easiest and quickest to pay on www.o2.co.uk. if your service is barred by o2 it is immediatley re-instated only by online payment. i never use any other number to call o2 other than the free 202 number..but if you use the automated system via 202 you have to wait 24 hrs or so to be reconnected. i pay online and NEVER a problem.  this is NOT a scam or them selling you something..JUST A PAYMENT REMINDER.
