the same thing has happend to me. i get texts before the date it is due they say i haven't paid my bills.

o2 collection line paid the bill and they still call muppets

It's definitely o2's collections dept. Just wish it would quit calling after the bill is paid. Bloody useless Automated rubbish!

i have this call already yesterday . Yes its o2  . Yes they calling regarding my overdue payments for next month , problem start because i've already cancelled my contract with them via 1 month notice . When you wanna call back on this number then you have only one option  - pay your bill.This idiots trying to collect money from my bank for another month . After my chat with on line guys i've  been informed that somebody from o2 "forgot" to update info about my notice..... It's very popular accident in o2 , that same happen 4 years ago to me. they said that i have to pay the outstanding amount and after 2 weeks they will refund it....
Well i  stopped use my phone last month which mean i can't have any amount to pay , and paying another 27,40£ will be very naive from my site.

It is a legitimate o2 number lol i was late paying one time and they called on this number.

This number keeps calling me too about an overdue O2 mobile bill that has been paid. Called O2 and they say it is not them. BE WARNED!!

Spotted in my online bank statement that my O2 payment bounced back a few days ago. Went to the O2 website and paid it. Five minutes later, I get a call from this number.

Same thing happened a couple of months ago - this number starts calling shortly after I pay online!
They'll call frequently during the day, and then stop when the payment registers on their system.

Why does this number keep calling then when you answer they hang up who are they

Went into O2 shop today after receiving several voicemails from this number about an 'unpaid bill' which my account said WAS paid! According to them, it is NOT O2. Their numbers all end 02 or 0202. Nor do they send voicemails. Be warned! Someone wants your bank details and all your money!

Calling about missed payment. I think it's a genuine number but you can always just go online and pay that way at their secure web site. Sometimes it takes 24 hours or more for them to update their systems so even if you pay on the due date the system may still trigger automated calls.

O2 Automated call if you owe money on your o2 bill, its not a scam its a genuine company and legitimate call.

I don't answer the phone to a number I don't recognise.

If this really is o2, then I'd be interested to know where they got my mobile number from, since I have never had any dealings with o2, and yet yesterday, I had NINE missed calls from this number.

SCAM.... said they are from O2 and my bill is overdue...... I'm not even with O2 and never have been....they kept asking for bank details..... BE WARNED DO NOT ANSWER to this number!

Yes indeed this number belongs to O2 and are calling to remind u to PAY UP... as if your money will stop them from going out of business !! i really can't understand these big companys the start pestering for cash after 1 yes 1 day of being over the payment date! them fat cats are sitting very comfortably on their fat Ar**s

this is o2. i had an unpaid bIll and phone was off took the call......paid.....MAGIC my phone is working so yes it is O2

08448471424 keeps calling me, several times a day. I have never answered, but i have had enough of it, they are always on my line so family cant always get through. I want them to stop calling me, i will take further action.

This number rang my mobile (they let it ring two times before cutting off). No message or text message!! If it is O2 they are out of luck as my bill is paid upto date!
