This is a cold call from a company called "We file any claim". They try to persuade you to use them to pursue a claim against credit card or bank for the refund of fees. Ignore them. They will probably ask you for an up-front fee and then you'll never hear from them again.

A firm called we-fight-any-claim called tonight saying they could get us back £11k but they needed an upfront fee of £1k first - shame if it is true as could do with the cash back, but do not have money for the fee to start with! - has anyone received money back from past loans, etc?

Had plenty of calls from this number tonight as well as dozens during the week during the day. I thought the man said webuyanyclaim.com, but it could have been wefileanyclaim. They wanted to speak to my mother, very pushy, mother too polite to tell them no. When they'd taken her details they rang back within half an hour wanting to know if she'd checked her mail online for their message. When she was persuaded (by me) to put the phone down, they called back immediately, then three more times straight after. When I tried to tell them they weren't getting their commission on this call they tried to hide behind the sheild of 'but we're helping her to reclaim her money,' and got just a little bit annoyed. Actually quite funny. But the repeated calls and pushy behaviour are distressing for her, and aggrivating as hell for everyone else in the house when they see what impact the calls are having. Melodramatic? I don't think so. Don't even entertain having any thought of giving these people your details or money. We're now set for more calls and spam. Great...You know where they can go.

A lot of company's do this,go with ones that do  no money no fee,that way they they decide whether its worth their while to persue it.  Or you can do it yourself .

Have had repeated calls from this company saying they were from we fight any claim.com.  We really shouldn't have to put up with calls like this.  Very rude and pushy so I put the phone down on them.

Received a call from this number, saying they were we file a claim or some such name.  They asked to speak to  my husband.  When I said he was at work they asked if I dealt with financial matters.  Told them it was none of their business. Said I wasn't interested, and anyway they'd got my name wrong. and hung up.  They immediately called back twice, but I hung up on them both times.

When I said I wasn't interested and terminated the call I was put on hold so could not make any outgoing calls or recieve any calls, as they did not put their reciever down! DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TRY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!

They ring regularly saying they have some good news for me. I told them I had some for them

I received a call from We Fight Any Claim.com about 3 months ago suggesting that I could be due £17,000 on PPI.   The company knew that I had had a mortgage with Abbey and also a loan from Sainsbury's Bank some years ago.   It was on these two loans that the company told me I could benefit.   At first they were very polite, not pushy, but after being hooked on to their line I was passed to another representative who was more pushy and then suggested that I put £1,200 on my credit card, payable to We Fight Any Claim.com, and they would start their search for my windfall!   At that point I drew back and said I would need to speak with my family before doing anything.   At this point the representative became very antagonistic and quite rude.   He asked what my son did for a living - I told him.   I did speak with my son and he told me to contact the company directly telling them that I was not interested and  that all information the company had about me be wiped from their database and they were not, under any circumstances, to call me ever again.   I have not heard from them - success!

Huge scam operation - report them via Consumer Direct on-line

Also report them to tps and register with them. We can only stop them by reporting it. I know they will probably move the office offshore or abroad to get around the regulations but maybe we can get them a fine to say goodbye!

This call claimed to be from a Government aided firm helping to claim back money that you may have paid in PPI "Payment Protection Insurance". They asked my name, address and marital status. They then asked about my mortgage, who the mortgage was with and how much the mortgage was for and how much per month I was paying for my mortgage. I didn't like their line of questioning so I hung up on them.

How do I report them?

do not beleive these lying scumbags, it is a con you had a lucky escape.

We file any claim, agent couldn't speak english very well and when I asked where did they get our number from he hung up. just ignore!

These idiots keep phoning me ive asked them time and time again to stop calling today the man on the phone blatantly told me there was only one way for this to happen which was to go through the form with him and see if i qualified anyways to cut a long story short asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up the [***] knockers

Lying feckin scumbags - the worst of the worst

I too had a call tonight = offereing refund on credit agreement. Insisted on speak to me and I said you are already. He hung up.

They called my wife this evening telling her that she is due a refund from credit agreements. She handed the phone to me. When I questioned the authenticity of the claim, and then asked who he worked for he hung up.
