Had a call this morning 9.12, I work nights, answered the phone, got a hello how are you today reply was not very good since you woke me up I work nights he put the phone down before I could day anything else lol.

Does this compnay have anything to do with " Redress Claims " (08446882753)?  I had a call from redress on fri 15th april, not had any calls before from them or any one else about using " a little known new goverment legislation to get money wrote off card & Loan", I politly refused any help, then today get a call from we fight any claims.com (08448569042) about the same subject. Is this genuine or just a bit too much of a coincidence ?

We fight any claim called me. Said I wasn't interested, the woman I spoke with was very pushy. Told her again I wasn't interested and asked for my number to be removed from their records. She REFUSED to do this so I repeated my request again and said I would report them to the Telephone Preference Service if they did not remove my number and she continued to refuse. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me.

I called them back explained I wanted to complain and was told all complaints must be done in writing. I refused to get off the phone until I spoke with a Manager. Eventually I spoke to a supervisor who was very helpful and said my request should have been actioned at the first request. He was off to listen to the call recording and said he would take the appropriate action once he had listened to it. Doubt they will do anything though. Anyway he assured me that the number would be removed from their records within 24 hours. We will wait and see

Kept calling daily asking for my wife, very pushy, when pressed they have no real info to give they are fishing for it. Told them never to ring again!

2 calls from these people today. One answered, usual crap about you may be able to claim money back...blah blah. Asked how they got my number, they got from a company called PHRUIT. Can not find an email address on PHRUIT web site so will just fill in an online form they have will also contact TPS about them both.

Add on to my last, The Company PHRUIT have been suspended from the DMA (Direct Marketing Agency) Suggest any who recieves calls complains to DMA and TPS as I will.

EVER wondered how those massively irritating firms that call you out of the blue get your phone number?

It's thanks in part to companies like Phruit Limited, which describes itself as "industry leaders in the provision of lead-generation services."

Translated, this means that after using underhand ploys to get your details, it passes them onto businesses selling everything from mobile phones to will-writing.
Phruit even passed on the details of people who had registered with the Phone Preference Service to opt-out of marketing phone calls.

It also used a sneaky trick known in the trade as "sugging" - marketing or selling
under the guise of carrying out research.

Now the company, run from Newark in Notts by Philip and Charlotte Lightfoot, has been suspended from the Direct Marketing Association.

"Membership of the DMA is a clear indicator of a company operating to the highest standards, standing for professionalism and trustworthiness," said Scott Logie, chair of the association.

"Our code of practice is the cornerstone in our efforts to build and maintain political, commercial and consumer faith in direct marketing. Therefore, any company that fails to operate within these standards brings both the association and the industry as a whole into disrepute. It is for this reason that we have no choice but to suspend Phruit from membership."

George Kidd, chair of the Direct Marketing Commission, said: "It's vital that we uphold the high professional standards that define the direct marketing industry. Our recommendation to suspend Phruit from DMA membership clearly illustrates the seriousness of failure to comply with the Association's Code.

Just received a call on this number.  Should not have been called as we are registered with tps

got a call from this number, asked for my personal details to that they can help me "file a claim" so I told them they could go **** themselves lol!!

Keep getting calls from these idiots, on the last occasion they asked for my husband.  I said he's not here and could I help to which they just hung up on me!

Keep getting calls from these annoying T***ers when I actually spoke to someone once he got really stroppy when I said I am not interested

I received a missed call from this number today.
For the past 3 weeks ( yes 3 weeks) I was receiving  2 or 3 calls a day from a similar company.
Unfortunately missed this call today but look forward to (no doubt)  their next one where I will politely ask for their company name, reps name, telephone number, what specific loan/credit card they are referring to and how they obtained my details. I will then abruptly inform them I work for the Trading Standards and am a member of TPS and will be immediately reporting their activity........
Besides that, why would I want to pay for a company like this to make a claim when I could easily do it myself for free??

Had a call from this company a couple of hours before sister company with same patter. Asked a lot of questions I told them I wasn't due any money a couldn't remember who I had loans from said they would phone back I hope not

Received a call from these dreadful people today. Terribly rude and pushy - said we were expecting their call which was a lie. Apparently they got our details from Phruit who had obtained them under false pretences by asking my wife to "complete a lifestyle survey" - she thought she was helping with market research - didn't for a moment think we were opening ourselves up to dozens of unsolicited 'phone calls.
If wefightanyclaim.com are a legitimate business, which they appear to be, why do they have to resort to cold calling people like this.
Anyway, complained to the TPS and will take it up with Data Protection Registrar's office on Monday.

Got a call from these people today. Salesperson was very polite at first, asked how and I was and said he had some good news for me. Started getting suspicious when he asked me to confirm my full name and date of birth. I told him I didn't give that sort of information out over the phone and he said he already had it so I said 'well then, you tell me!!' Said he wasn't allowed to give that information out - told him I wasn't interested because I have never had any loans or credit cards anyway. Shouldn't be allowed, it is so easy for some people to get taken in by them.
