They've just rung me too. My contract isn't up for renewal until the end of the year. Strange! I've been getting loads of these calls these last few weeks though. Might be worth a trip into the TMobile shop

Had a call on Tuesday from a woman claiming to be from T-Mobile offering me an early upgrade and to pay off the rest of my contract. She was reading my bills and suggesting a better price plan for me but I had to ask her to call back later as I was in work. Needless to say she didnt call back.

Just checked the number on here and read a few comments about it. Decided to call the number back and it just said it was from t-mobile and i didnt need to do anything. I then rang T-Mobile to check and they have no record of the call being made to me and confirmed my earliest upgrade date was not until end of next month.


If you get a call like this dont trust it. Seems like a clever hoax to steal T-Mobile customers.

10 calls in a week

just had missed call - funny cos i've already upgraded my phone and contract with t-mobile. It is frustrating that i always get calls from diff numbers and when you google them they are always on this website and pretend to be t-mobile! Surely they are wasting their time!

I got a call from that number 2day. I told them i was aware my contract was up for renewal soon but i was still deciding what to do with my phone and if i wanted to renew my contract i would go into the tmobile shop or ring them.

Number calls me quite often, when they first rang they told me I was due an upgrade and started asking me questions to try and get me a good contract, then the line suddenly went dead.  I have since upgraded in a T-mobile shop and they still ring me, I just don't answer it.

I had 3 missed calls from this number in 1 day with no message, when i answered the call the woman said she was callin on behalf of t-mobile and i refused to give her any of my security details (obviously!)
i then called t-mobile to ask if they knew this number and the response was "THAT NUMBER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH T-MOBILE OR ITS AFFILIATES" so please dont fall for these scams people, never give your details to some1 that calls you!

Had two missed calls from this number this afternoon.  My t-mobile contract *is* up for renewal, but based on the comments in this list I won't be answering when they call again!

This number just rang me! I didn't answer as i didn't know who it was. I am a T-mobile customer and my contract is up for renewal in December. I'm also thinking about leving T-mobile as i get sales people call me from there all the time!

Amother missed call - had a lot recently from Yakety Yak and the cell shop as well = my contract was up for renewal. Both tried to get me to move to 3t. called T Mobile a month ago to check how they had my details - T Mobile were just as mistified.

Missed call from this number, no message left, not the first time this has happened. Judging by what the other posts say on this messageboard, I'm not about to answer if they call again.

3 Calls in 2 days. Ignored and called back just now.

"Staff from a mobile phone company have sold records belonging to thousands of customers without their knowledge, the UK information watchdog has said.

Christopher Graham told the BBC that the details had been sold on to brokers for substantial sums.

They were allegedly used by other firms to cold-call customers of the unnamed firm as their contracts neared expiry.

The suspected breach emerged after the firm alerted the watchdog. Mr Graham is planning to prosecute those involved."

I believe my details have been sold by T mobile!!! my contract renews ned of this week. I got a call from these lot last week, telling me they can offer me this great deal. I asked if i could call them back to consider it, they answered...NO, only we can ring you. They said they would call back at 5...of course, i got no call back!!!

Well T-Mobile, when my contract renews, i'll be taking u guys for everything u have! thanks alot!

I get loads of calls from T-Mobile and I can see from here that this is one of their numbers. I have no interest in upgrading my phone and the contract is only 5 months in so why they keep ringing, god alone knows. Get the [***] message, T-Mobile!

Just had 2 of them today, glad i found this site now i know who called as they only ring for 3rings then they put the phone down, dont know how they can ring about an upgrade as only had my new phone 3months + it was from mobile phones direct i got mine with

It now all makes sense!!. This must be the company using the name and telephone numbers of T-Mobile customers that was stolen and sold by a T-Mobile staff. It was all over the news recently. They seem to call up customers approaching the end of their contracts and offer them dodgy phone contracts.

They are now under the spotlight and I doubt if they will be bothering anybody from now on.

Got a call from this number today. But my contract doesnt end until in february. :s
