I receive lots of calls from this number.  The one time I answered there was silence.  I called back and got through to a very arsey lady who, when I said I'd received a missed call, put me through to someone else without warning. There was an incredibly rude northern man (nothing against the northerners, I'm one myself!) who told me he was from a debt write-off company.  I insisted I wasn't interested and had no debt and he said they had written to me.  He got really insolent and I told him to send me the info again.  He promised he would and he'd call back in 3 days.  Needless to say I never got any correspondence or other phonecalls for about a month but they've started again.  Wan***s!!

had a call from them too. think it is an information sharing company. they make you call them back and the 10 second call costs a couple of quid and thats how they make their money coz 80% of the charge goes to them. My advice, if you arent expecting an important call, ignore all 0870, 0845, and 090 numbers. been getting loads for months now and they seem to be getting less since i started ignoring them

I've just had a call, didnt answer but tried to ring back, told that all were busy and to hold, the line just went dead. Have registered for TPS but think I will get a new sim card as these type of calls are getting too frequent now.  Makes my blood boil!!!!! It could be a vunerable person they get through to who cant stand up to them.

This company has been calling me all time and hanging up so I telephoned them back and I used the business preference number excuse and the lady called Sarah said but this is the number we have to contact you on and I said well you can't call this number anymore and she said thank you for your time Miss and I hung up. Whether this has worked I do not know, as I have received approx 6 calls and this is the second day they have been trying to telephone me!

Next time they call, when you answer (if you answer), ask them very quickly if they want a conservatory or new kitchen, it will confuse the hell out of them, or fail miserably, but at least you'll have some fun.

Got two missed calls in a day, when I finally answered it was a call centre letting me know that they had a great way of consolidating my debts into a single monthly payment.

The simple line 'I don't need to do that' resulted in them hanging up. Pleasingly lacking in insistence.

i keep getting a call from them every day around the same time 11:42am
it is really annoying because i am at work at that time but when i ring them back it is allways busy and their answering machine is crap, as the woman says "all of our agents are busy now, your call is very important to us, please hold" and then it just goes dead, but i really would like to speak to them atleast once so i know who it is.

Debt collecting agency and debt management help.

They have started to offer debt management plans to make more money.

They will not stop calling you if it's in regards to a debt until you take appropriate action, ie pay amount, dispute the amount, send proof it letters etc.

The reason when you call back it goes to someone who will not reveal who they are is because they have several divisions that could be any part of what they do and they don't want to tell you they are collecting debt if that is not the reason why they are contacting you.

They also use a mass dialer.

I have just started getting the calls today and hope it does not continue. I got a missed call and when i called back the recorded message said " your call is important to us, please hold the line" but the line cuts off straight after. S o thought i would check it out on Google. The best thing to do is ignore the numbers you don't recognise. If it's important they will leave a message.
