I am more interested to know why someone has gone out of their way to lie about me on this site.

I  am not deceitful ! I will begin by saying that whoever is telling lies about who I am  ( I wonder why ) is very welcome  to return to the forum and explain themselves.

Then why won't you answer the questions you've been asked so many times? Tell us why you're here!

If you don't want to tell everyone send Sasha an email.  She'll keep it confidential but will be able to let us know you're OK.

If I was deceitful I doubt very much someone would have gone  out of their way to lie about me on this site .

I must have missed something because I don't even know what lies have been told about you. And if I did wouldn't know if they were lies because no-one knows anything about you!

David Moulsdale initially comes across as being quite professional, when he wants to be convincing he can be extremely charismatic,  on issues such as pay and working conditions, making promises but seldom  on time if at all, whilst people are still buying into his image of a conscientious and dedicated buisness owner.

David Moulsdale fires people,often without considering appropriate disciplinary procedures as described by 'Escapee' . It is also rumoured that there are ongoing payment queries for some people after they leave the company.

David Moulsdale depends on manipulating employees, often by singling out  and getting personal and personally involved with employees ( beyond what would be normal for an employer and employees at work) at all levels of his organisation. He proceeds to bullying  , by which time the employee is so used to dealing with him personally, be they a store manager, regional manager or even floor staff, that they do not realise that this behaviour and working environment  is not normal.
At the same time they do not  discuss this openly with colleagues. Which means David Moulsdale can continue to work in this manner.

David Moulsdale manipulates subordinates to whistleblow within his organisation, any regional manager or store manager will never know when he /she is being watched and reported back on by a subordinate. He will then eventually move on to another subordinate to manipulate which causes bullying and amongst his staff.

David Moulsdale is also known to lose his temper and criticise in public, even in front of subordinates.
David Moulsdale is breaching employee trust and confidence, with unfair unprofessional promotion, management and disciplinary practices.

He is creating a culture where people are being emotionally and mentally manipulated at the least and also stressed by him.
It is my opinion that it is a part of his plan to then have a high staff turnaround and move on to new employees in the same manner.

For a so called 'philanthropist', and the single example of the number of pay rises he has promised and not honoured is not someone who cares about anyone, let alone those who most need it.

Before he tries to 'save' the world through his so called claimed philanthropy, maybe he should look closer to home and maybe he can find cheaper ways of making the world a better place.

if he is as bad as you say i am surprised no one has taken him around the back and given him a good hiding as he obviously deserves one

Regarding the above.Can i just remind you that this is a website for people who have been bothered by tele marketing calls.
To call anyone who hasn't had a bad experience with laser eye surgery a tourist is not correct.

why dont we all get back to the main problem david moulsdale and his OE cowboys who are ruining peoples eyes and lifes
