I went to see two well-established other professors (eye surgeons) for a second opinion and they both said it was madness to operate on me a second time for such a slight myopia, as it's very difficult to predict the outcome of a second laser eye operation. Daya never even apologised to me. He was clearly just interested in getting his thousands of pounds in fees for an operation that left me in a much worse state than before. I cannot recommend this doctor for either skills or trustworthiness."

I can't speak for Tadger but I personally think that this is a good thing. Shows the boss likes to get his hands dirty and muck in. It's exactly like phoning to complain about your Sky box not working and getting your call handled by Rupert Murdoch or Richard Branson at Virgin. Oozes class.
