First of all you don’t have to be a surgeon to perform laser vision correction (hence it needs regulation)  it’s not actual surgery like cataracts or refractive lens exchange. PILLAI at Advanced Vision Care and Allamby at Focus aren’t surgeons, they only perform laser vision correction and bring in surgeons for RLE and cataracts. In the UK optometrists openly perform YAG lasers as cataract top ups so lay off Accuvision!

Every coin Panthakey has made is through illegal means. He has a decades long history of impersonating doctors to do surgery and ruining people's eyes. This is only a small crime of his. He has left a trail of destruction by illegal activities across at least two countries. He uses his ill gotten money to keep justice away. But this will not go on forever. He must and he will pay for his life of crime. The police should investigate not just his clinic of fraud, but his entire life.
