same as most enterd comp missed calls 10 today wont leave alone wish i hadnt refuse to answer after 1st time wont rmove from list cant they take an hint!!

They ring at least once daily.  We have an answering machine to screen calls - they NEVER speak!  It's so annoying!  Have got their number by doing 1471

Its optical express offering laser eye surgery. They are like stalkers ringing 3 or 4 times a day and it doesn't stop when you ask them to!!!

OMG I thought I was the only one!! Damn it, I wish I entered a random number now

I'm the same as a lot of you!
I saw an Optical Express link on Facebook "Win laser eye surgery" so i thought I'd give that a go. Not joking, five minutes later they rang. They asked for me and I hung up. I didn't know who had phoned me until i looked the number up on here lol. I'm expecting a lot more calls seeing as a lot of you get them regularly :/

They called me at 9 pm one night. Why do they do this to people!

They don't give up, relentless pestering... my eyes are fine.

I entered into the same "competition" online, n it seems to me like that was jst a trap so that they could get their hands on ur number. n now they r cold calling non stop. I havent answered a single call from them coz literally a few mins after i entered my details on their website they started calling like mental. Thats a bit too desperate i think. I am gonna let these calls go to the voice mail.

I recieved a call asking me to confirm my details. I had literally got into work and said I can't talk but he just said my very very old contact details and I said yeah and hung up thinking it would be junk mail being sent. Now I get called from this number (and another which I blocked on my phone after I recieved 8 missed calls in one day). It's really annoying!!!!

Get Revenge!!!
Do the same to them!!!

Send all your junk mail to their head office without a stamp on!
Phone there switch board and jam up there phone!
Give them a call on their 0800 free phone number and try selling them something! It will cost them money for you to call!
Send spam emails to their email address see if they like it!!
Ad there email address to every web blog you find, the spam bots will soon latch onto it !

I have no idea how Optical Express got my mobile number.  Five calls today so far - and a blank voicemail that I've had to pay for to listen to!  I do wear glasses, but as far as I know I've never given my mobile number to any optician I've used (mostly Specsavers).  My mobile is also registered with TPS, and has been for a while.  Very frustrating.

as with everyone seemingly I entered a competition to win laser eye surgery at 1716 and then received a call from this number at 1718. Too fast and defo too desperate.

Damn - entered this free competition - wish they'd make it clear it a chance to win back your money and they'd pester you all the time.

Oh well as a little consolation entered a few interesting numbers into their competition entry - TPS Complaints number seemed like a good idea.

I made the mistake of having the free eye test with optical express. Now i keep getting emails and calls to my mobile. i have emailed them and told them in no uncertain terms to stop harrassing me and not to share any of my information with any other parties!

I keep getting calls from this number and they have not taken me off the database. It is so frustrating when the call is not important!

Entered a competition to win free laser treatment on Facebook, within 30 secs of pressing enter I had my first call, that was 3 days ago, I've had another 6 calls since.  How do I get them to stop?

Oh good glad im not the only one, they are a pain in the ass! I havnt answered any of them.. dont plan on it either.
I think i entered that silly 'competition' over a week ago and they are still calling at least once a day.. i wonder how long they will keep trying for!
