As regulars will remember, a few weeks ago PJG pushed me to prove I had the recording of our meeting (P41/42)

And when I co-operate, OE complain!

No pleasing some people!

Meanwhile, it should be of concern to everyone, that an employer, who told his troubleshooter to offer a bribe to a person, then has a right to complain when recording of said bribe being offered is broadcast on the internet!

BBC Watchdog didn't have that problem with their recordings of OE :(

But, as I texted DM a few days ago, he should know the game by now: 1 point to OE = 5 to me.

I'll make sure the next video doesn't violate any YouTube rules ;)

1. Rumour suggests David Moulsdale has also breached banking covenants, so where does that leave Optical Express?

2. Ultralase offer(ed) a lifetime guarantee: who will now honour that guarantee?

3. If David Moulsdale persuades the Chinese to invest with him, & he gets his hands on Ultralase, will he simply throw the Ultralase "Complex cases" into the OE 3 yr Waiting Room along with his own?

I doubt very much that David Moulsdale will be taking over Ultralase ,

Mainly because I don't think he is capable and I also doubt banks will be falling over themselves to lend to him .

Secondly , I doubt very much that David Moulsdale will ' go into business ' with the Chinese to buy Ultralase ! This is mainly because In my opinion he is so difficult to deal with that the only way he can work is as one hundred percent shareholder.  Investors would most probably find him stressful to deal with .

I'm think he would love for everyone to think that he is going to become a superpower in laser eye, but given his track record I think it unlikely . Just like when he may have thought he was one day going to buy boots opticians many years ago which didn't happen either .

I think everyone will do well to remember that my personal view that  David  Moulsdale is dependent on making people believe that He is some kind of hot shot businessman who is capable of such a thing as owning a company like boots opticians .

When you meet and or get to know the guy you I  have deduced that actually he is taking everyone for a ride whilst blowing his own trumpet , and he is unsuccessful at his opticians businesses ( glasses )
As far as I read into it . Does he really have what it takes ?
And I don't think he is capable Of or ever will be a celebrated business leader because I don't think he has what it takes . Though  I'm sure he tries to make everyone believe that he does .

That anyone thinks that he is really that great that he is going to become some laser superpower is in my view laughable . How can anyone who doesn't care about his customers ( according to Sasha's claims ) ever make a world class business in a sector where fifty percent of advertising is by word of mouth ?
I think he should sell the company , I think that he started doing laser because his spectacle business was going downhill . And now it looks like he is dragging down his laser business too .

For the record, "Sasha's (my) claims" are based on facts, from people like Danny - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeM-1cHK4ss&feature=plcp - & many others who contact me on a regular basis!

So many left in Optical Express' 'waiting room' until their 3 yrs limitation for litigation is up - & then they have to fend for themselves!

All is so quiet on here, wonder why?

ORML I noticed a while back you posted DM' email address. Do you really think that DM will read any e-mails people on here will send him? I'm sure like all rich businessmen he has a secretary who vets his e-mails and any deemed not important(complaint e-mails) will never make it infront of DM's eyes. Is this right? - most certainly not but anyone here who e-mails DM must surely realise that the chances of him ever reading the e-mail are next to none.

Since posting his email address, it's a possibility David Moulsdale may have stopped reading his mail if he's been bombarded ;)

Until then however, I assure you he read it personallyl

If you are new to this site you'll have missed the fun & games a few months ago, when Patrick James-Green (DM's troubleshooter) tried to disrupt events, causing total confusion in an attempt to divert attention away from serious points being made at that time.

On that occasion, his posts - under 12 names - were all deleted.

Keep in mind that PJ-G works for David Moulsdale: he's an employee & does only what his boss tells him to do!

Yes that does suggest he reads his e-mails but it could also be possible that his secretary could have brought that e-mail to this Stephen Hannan's attention. What other proof do you have that DM reads his e-mails? As someone who has been plagued with cold calls from this company I would most certainly like to give the owner a piece of my mind. You mention that you have in the past texted DM why not give out his mobile number to surgery victims and those plagued by cold calls as he can't vet text messages like he can e-mails. A loud beep followed by a message coming through is hard for anyone to ignore!

As well as ppl who work/ed in the OE call centre, I'd also like to hear from ppl who've been on the receiving end of these cold calls - harassment is what we're looking at ;)

ORML any chance of posting DM's mobile number? I'm sure there would be many people(myself included) who would appreciate being able to tell the toe-rag what we think of him. I noticed you posted the mobile number of another Optical Express employee so why not post the number of the man who is behind it all. Expose the wizard behind the curtain.

It really wouldn't help the cause to post DM's mobile phone number at this point I think, he would just stop using it and get another, and if it were posted what would the outcome be? Yes we would all like to vent at him about his company and its practises, I really would but as my own legal case is gathering pace quickly I prefer to just let things run their course.

It really would be pointless posting his personal number.

If you want to let DM know what you think about him, then please send details as I requested above.

From what I have read on this thread your campaign is in regard to eye surgery. Therefore I don't see how you would be able to help me in relation to nuisance sales cold calls. Whilst I have nothing but sympathy with those effected by eye surgery gone wrong is this the right forum to be voicing those concerns? This forum is for finding out what business numbers have been calling you normally in relation to cold calling. Surely your posts would be better suited to an eye surgery forum. If your unwilling to give out Mr Mousdale's number which you clearly are I don't see how you could help me as my complaint has nothing to do with eye surgery but rather cold calling. I think contacting the TPS would be preferable than contacting yourself, no offence intended.

I think  the endless cold calls are just another facet of Moulsdale's complete disregard for his customers/patients. I think that Sasha's campaign will help you indirectly if it results in this disgraceful cowboy being held to account.
