    This is about Optical Express!

If you have no interest in or anything to offer concerning Optical Express then leave those of us who do to get on with it!

    @ExOE, you said -
"NOBODY CARES IF SASHA WAS PAID OFF OR GAGGED BUT WE WISH YOU WERE!!!

    THIS IS ABOUT OPTICAL EXPRESS!

IF YOU HAVE NO INTEREST IN OR ANYTHING TO OFFER CONCERNING OPTICAL EXPRESS THEN  LEAVE THOSE OF US WHO DO TO GET ON WITH IT!"

WRONG!  If nobody cared, no-one would post on the subject!  I'd certainly like to hear more detail.

It's the constant repetitive whingeing from Optical Express employees past and present that tends to make the thread less interesting.  Don't like your employer, state your case here, dish the dirt and move on.  Already left? State your gripe then move on.  As "ExOE" why don't you?

Reading through it would certainly appear that Sasha (?) has rather infiltrated the thread either as herself or using aliases.  Also looks like some of the more adversarial responses were also from Sasha herself.  Thereby raising the profile.  It's also obvious that a campaign for legislation against the entire industry has dropped a third of it and is only targeting one of the big three.  Why?

Any current Optical Express employee should be very interested in the possible machinations of their major competitor, because it could directly affect whether they have a job and potentially make life a lot more difficult for retained staff s price pressures in a declining market force more and more cuts, higher KIP targets etc.  Any ex OE person should, by all accounts, be grateful that they are out of it.

To be strictly accurate, this thread and associated website should be about nuisance calls from Optical Express.  Everything else is off-topic. Read the terms of service.

Sasha and her alleged hypocrisy in accepting a pay-off to drop Optimax whilst accusing Optical Express is just as off-topic as most other posts.  So has as much right to stand as any other off-topic post that violates the site terms of service.  It is certainly more interesting than "Wondering" complaining about being left off David Moulsdales list at party time and the "he said, she said, no I didn't" bickering.

I'd like to see "reading with interest" disclose a teaser about the dirt on Sasha.  Just enough to make someone break cover.

Not as clever as you think you are -definitely OE posting "on the subject" under different names!

Why would Sasha need to "infiltrate the thread" -this isn't MI5 -get a grip!

I said before you don't ring true and I stand by it -you posted in June (?) wanting to know who called you -looks like a few personality changes since then.

Looks like you are trying to kill this thread obssessing with Sasha -but she's not the one ruining people's lives or putting people out of work.

Be careful -you don't know when it'll be your turn to be jobless even if you do your master's bidding!

I think it's really sad that there is a high possibility that moulsdale tells his staff to write [***] on this forum .
The truth is moulsdale  a lot of people probably have got a lot of [***] to say about you and your company who probably don't write on this forum . Why don't you realise that you probably cant shut people up when you act like - In my view a plonker ??

I personally think you are a money grabbing plonker who is desperately trying to hold on to OE so that you can Carry on probably jumping on young girls at work . Probably after you have been lying to them like the desperate sad creep you probably are .

Nothing clever or admirable about Moulsdale  . Just wish he would leave optics.I'm sure that I'm probably not the only one who thinks so by any means.

As far as I'm concerned David Moulsdale started this when he allegedly sent someone to try to bribe Sasha .

He also has such a High opinion of himself he probably thought it was clever to tell people like myself that the above is lies and not getting involved .

He must think we are all stupid mugs - why else would anyone think it's ok to behave like this ?

The only reason why people like sasha and myself I smell an Oe rat and countless others are writing here is because David Moulsdale started it , i think he provokes people and he upsets people and he cannot blame any comment written here on anyone else but himself .Just like the ex staff of OE Facebook with i think nearly 200 members and enlightening feedback on Moulsdale and Optical Express ( which has been removed from the net )

It would be A very different story if Moulsdale wasn't such a in my opinion  using abusing exploitative and manipulative rascal and actually was a good businessman . If he was he would never be on the receiving end of so much criticism .

I think he probably chooses to operate in this manner. I don't think David Moulsdale has got any reason to blame any of this on anyone but himself .

    @ Jus' me
Is everyone here paranoid, fixated or both?

Apart from a post about a nuisance kitchen fitting company based in Glasgow this is only my second post on this site.  No, I'm not anyone else.  Though the posts which emanate from a single person or common interest group are fairly obvious when you read the thread as a whole.

If you are so clever, tell me why OE would want to raise the profile of a site which is doing them down.

Then, whilst you are being clever, tell me how bringing up the subject of Sasha is likely to kill the thread. Like others, Sasha is seeking publicity and the best way to bump a post is to reply to it.  But replying to yourself using your own name isn't very effective.  Obvious isn't it?

As for being jobless, I've been in or near that situation many times.  Tough at the time, but you either get over it or go down.  Be grateful that there is someone at the top prepared to be ruthless, however dislikeable.  The whole company would probably have gone by now if Moulsdale hadn't shut shops and fired staff.  Be grateful if you are still there and have a job.  If not, be grateful that you are no longer working for a company that you despise.

    @Wondering
Stop obsessing, move on, get a life.  What's done is done and nothing will change it.  All that you are doing is wallowing in your own bitterness and self pity.  If you continue that way Moulsdale will have won.

Is it ok if I refer to you as moulsdaleslave doing free overtime while he takes the money out to build another mansion and tells you last minute you ain't got a job ( probably )

    but I do pity you.
What's done is done . Looks like ambrose has outsmarted moulsdale . Unsurprisingly  . Why don't you stop pitying me and go buy Moulsdale a tissue box ?

You are free to continue with your beliefs, however inaccurate and misguided.  I couldn't give a jot about Moulsdale, OE or you, because I'm nothing to do with OE.

As for Ambrose outsmarting Moulsdale, you may be speaking too soon.  Ultralase may be a step too far.  Is this the third time that it's been sold in as many years?  The question will be whether Ambrose's bankers have got the nerve to hold out long enough.

Yes previously ultralase have had problems but a merge with another major chain for the first time instead of more investors etc, has put Ultralase and Optimax in an excellent position of strength which Optical Express would probably love to be in right now. And also leadership from someone who has spent many years in the industry and  who seems to know what hes doing.

but you probably wont realise that because you believe everything Moulsdale is probably telling you.

@ex-OE have you heard of something called an employment tribunal? Also there is a button called caps-lock and leaving it on when you type does not make your points anymore valid. As a previous poster said strictly speaking this thread is about nuisance phone calls made by OE. Sasha Rodoy choose to change the direction of this thread and by putting herself in the public eye she can't dictate what is and is not said about her actions whilst conducting her campaign.

Sasha made this thread about her laser eye surgery campaign and my comments relate to that campaign so by that way of thinking I have every right to comment on this thread. I would love to disclose more information but can't without revealing who I am. I am most certainly not employed by OE in anyway and think they have a lot to answer for in the way they conduct business but that does not automatically make me a Sasha Rodoy supporter.

@wondering you come across as extremely bitter and obsessive and your gripes about Moulsdale seem far more personal than professional. The fact that you seem to know so much about his personal life certainly seems to suggest that you have been involved in Moulsdale's personal life at one stage.

One last thing to think about if you think Anon's claims about Sasha are false this would in fact be "libel" and Sasha has certainly shown in the past that she is not slow in calling in her solicitors whenever she can. The fact that she has not mentioned any possible legal action merely shows that these claims are true.

    What's wrong with moulsdale ?
Is he hiding in a corner somewhere cowering again. !

Do tell me - what's it like working for a coward boss who can't handle meeting with campaigners and complaining customers himself ? Then probably pays ( or not as the case may be) people like you to be Rude to myself and others online ?

I thought you were going to meet me - still waiting for the time and place ? Bitter about what exactly ? I'm happy - moulsdale is Learning valuable business lessons and I'm
Sitting front row with popcorn .

You are the obsessed one making assumptions about me . Get a life .

Wondering you're the one who posts on here everyday without fail. I don't know what it is like with Moulsdale and don't you ever get bored with making the same baseless accusations?

It's obvious that you know Moulsdale on a very personal level and seem to have intimate knowledge of his personal life. Why does it worry you so much if I do or don't have information on Sasha's campaign. If you were that concerned with Sasha's campaign you would have met with her when she asked you to.

If you should be meeting with anyone it is Sasha not me. I will meet you just tell me where. If you insist on meeting then it will be on my terms otherwise you can forget it.

p.s - have you got your cocktail dress ready for Moulsdale's x'mas party?

Interesting point about Ultralase plus Optimax being in a position of strength.  Perhaps so, in terms of combined market share and there are also some structural advantages, but it is a very big gamble.

Ultralase is being sold because its major investors are not prepared to accept continuing large losses.    Optimax are in a loss-making situation as well. Optimax sees market share and infrastructure which complements theirs, but they need to drastically cut costs in both businesses. Will they try and run two business models one "up-market" and one "down-market", whilst systematically asset stripping Ultralase and imposing the current Optimax business model?  Investors are impatient.  Wait for the job losses and closures at Optimax/Ultralase
